The Westin Fort Lauderdale

Everything was excellent. The location, the service. The managers and staff were pretty helpful, curtious and friendly. Even the operation Director was helping. The first time I met him, he was looking for empty luggage carts on the floors. Enjoyed the scenery. It gave that resort vibes. Also enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Rooms were nice and clean. My daughter said she loved the smell as soon as she entered the front door. Please do not come down from your standards.

The staff was great. Truly enjoyed my stay. No issues with the room aside from it being very dark as there is no overhead light and they instead use lamps. Unfortunately breakfast was not included but the stay itself was amazing. The beds were very comfortable and cleaned well. Free parking which is nice. Due to not having breakfast, lunch or dinner included there were times I brought food to the hotel. There was only one microwave on the 3rd floor. It was not well maintained and very dirty. I wish they included a microwave on each floor at the very least. Otherwise, it’s a beautiful hotel and the surrounding area is beautiful as well.

Rooms had a weird musty smell and head board was old cracked up. Rooms needs an upgrade

Location to places. Great staff,clean hotel. Great decor. Very accommodating staff.

The rooms need to be updated. My toilet was cracked, the linen was stained and there’s no microwave in the room.

Amazing property, kept up well and very comfortable to stay

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet selection was very limited especially for the price. The restaurant food was hit or miss. The coffee shop/Starbucks had a really good selection of pastries and small breakfast items though and they made my coffee very well. Pool area is also very pretty. Parking was complimentary which is a HUGE plus.

A tired property. Pool unsafe to swim in: water so cloudy could not see bottom of pool. bed did not match the frame. Sell that property to Motel 6.

It was really clean staff was good They advertise a city view suit to get a room on the 4th floor looking at a parking lot. When I complained the rep adv that’s how they advertise gave me a room on a high floor which was a bit smaller and the view still not that great.

What didn’t we like!!! As soon as we entered the lobby we were greeted and offered complimentary champagne. The room was spacious and clean Only when iguanas sneak up on you . lol

The staff wonderful helpful made my stay very enjoyable and pleasant thank you
