The Atlantic Hotel & Spa

We spent our anniversary here and it was spectacular. From the view, the comfy bed, the 'shallow' pool overlooking the ocean, shower pressure. We will most definitely coming back. Thank you for making our mini getaway so memorable. Can't wait to come back.

Really nice hotel, has the Altantic vibe for sure. Just wish the amenities can be enjoyed more. Pool closes at sunset. Would be nice to be able to enjoy until 10 or 11 like most hotels, especially after a nice hot day at the beach.

Beach view, clean rooms

Loved the location of the hotel, right across from the beach! The studio room with kitchenette was exactly what we needed for our 3 night stay! It was well-maintained and clean, spacious washroom and beautiful balcony!

Exceptional

Our room was spacious with cupboards stocked with glasses, plates, and silverware, plus a microwave, mini fridge, Lavazza coffee maker, and complimentary bottled water. It felt more like a vacation suite than a standard hotel room. Waking up each morning to the sunrise over the ocean was incredible. With the pool open from dawn to dusk and so many amenities on site, there was really no need to leave the resort. The only parking option is valet, but the service was excellent. They had our vehicle ready whenever we needed it, making the process easy and convenient. Overall, this was an outstanding stay. Beautiful property, excellent amenities, great service, and a perfect beachfront location. 10 out of 10 highly recommend!

Overall great stay, room beautiful, balcony a plus, view of beach, beach across the street, hotel pool was nice, staff was great except the lady in the gift shop was rude. The restaurant is pricey but that’s expected and the burgers/pizza is good. You get 2 free beach chairs and waters. Not far from the strip. I usually stay at the B Ocean resort but this is my new Fav.

Our room was spacious with a nice view to the ocean and the hotel has a great beachfront location. The lack of maintenance and operational issues significantly affected the experience: one of the two elevators was out of service throughout our entire stay, and housekeeping was inconsistent even when we made the room available for cleaning; on some days the service was skipped entirely or done very late. The most disappointing part was the included breakfast, which turned out to be a daily breakfast credit with conditions that were not clearly explained either during booking or upon arrival, resulting in additional charges of USD 355.95 at check-out and an unhelpful response from the front desk (Nikita) and the property when we tried to resolve the issue.

First we reserved a king room with ocean view, we ended up in the back with a partial view and a different room than what was shown at booking. Then our room was hot and stuffy there were no exhaust fans in the bathroom or fans for air circulation in the room. No Ice on the floors, you had to call the front desk for them to bring it to you. Anytime you called the front desk no one answered it was only a recording. We had no hot water from any sink or bath tub, only the shower. The bathroom only had one outlet for everyone to try and share. The double sink in the bathroom only had one working sink. Staff was friendly lobby was very clean, pool area was great, spa was also nice, but did not have an inviting calming spa feel once in the hot tub/sauna area. Nice hotel but not up to the hype of online.
