The staff is always pleasant and helpful. The hotel is cleans and comfortable and has a really convenient location.

We loved our stay here with all the perks. It was very clean, the staff was great and the view of the ocean was incredible. The only thing I wish was more upfront and clear was the parking. It is a valet only property which can add up depending on the length of your stay. Otherwise we had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend!

The hotel is a four stars building with 2 stars service. The restaurant menu is midiocre and overpriced besides scarse options. Theres no option of parking besides vallet at 56 usd per day. Hotel located on the worse part of the beach. Many hotels near offers free parking .The pool has no supervision we had to stop using it because 30 guests of teens decided to play football on the pool everyday, no hotel staff found it unusual. Ill never stay at sonesta ever again

Solid hotel close to the beach! Close to restaurants. Not luxury by any means but a convenient and clean place to stay. Had a good time!

The stay was ok.But cleaning could be better and the hotel had a lot of commotion and noise during late hours and night. The air also barely worked.

Loved the location. We had a corner room and the view was amazing. There were multiple shops, restaurants within easy walking distance. Loved everything about our stay.

The false advertising of the kitchen. Reported to staff and sent an email. They never responded.
