Sadly, because of major flight delays and cancellations, I missed my check in time and arrived the next morning. The concierge was incredible and allowed me an extended check out time so I could rest and rejuvenate. No extra charge! I will be back!

Great value for price. River view and close to the whole riverwalk area. Room was nice.

We arrived at 9 am the morning of our stay. We had just finished a cruise. The nice man at the front desk let us check in and didn’t charge us any extra fees! The property is in a great location. Close to the water and lots of shops and restaurants!

I left my two gold Portuguese chain in my room after check out Something of sentimental value that my mom passed to me from her country of Origen When I called loss and found they told was not returned I’m 1000% I left there so who ever clean the room had to have found it So which the stuff they have working there are not to be trusted and I’m yet to hear back from the hotel

We appreciate the fact that our son and his family had a seven hour wait til their flight left for home and we asked that we bring them to the hotel with us instead of waiting in the airport and it was so nice that our room was ready and they put their luggage in our room and we were all able to lounge in the big lobby and walk to a restaurant for lunch and walk to shops. Very convenient

Loved my stay at the Riverside Hotel. The team was incredibly helpful and welcoming, the hotel sits in the middle of amazing restaurants, and having the Water Taxi right outside made getting around a breeze. Highly recommend.

The hotel, staff and location are fantastic. A really nice, clean pool as well. Beware the destination charges and parking fees, as they will significantly increase the cost of your stay.
