Front desk staff was rude, that’s this short hair African lady talked down to guests like she is above all while making min wage, the room decor is nice but if you pay attention to the details and look around all the room corners you will find out it’s never cleaned as you can see stains, dirt and mold around the shower faucet. This is also one of the very few property that I stayed in Florida that don’t offer toothpaste and toothbrush upon request.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was nice and clean. The pool was great and the little store has everything that anyone needs. Great experience all around. Definitely would recommend.

No coffee in room, no restaurant as listed (however it had some sort of tiny snack/food/supply counter, we were not interested). Floors were clean but sticky, very noisy outside. Way too expensive for an older dated property.

This was a wonderful stay with a very useful shuttle for the airport and cruise port. While it is not much to look at on the outside, you can tell the property is trying to improve their amenities. Right now there isn’t much, but it more than served us on our way to our cruise. Also this hotel had one of THE BEST showers! It was HOT with tons of pressure! We would definitely stay again!

Very clear room

There was no carpet on the room floor. It was very cold. It was just a place for a quick stop over night to rest. Nothing to do there. No breakfast. Nothing in the immediate area.

We were there for only one night and got up and went right to the airport so did not use any of the nice looking amenities.

Staff were not helpful at all. Front desk not well mannered and seemed like they didn’t care at all. No TV remote in room or phone. Just not happy with my choice in hotel booking. Friendlier staff would be nice

It’s honestly a good location if you need to stay near the airport. This hotel has a shuttle that leaves at 5am which was perfect for my flight time. However, there was no where to get water and their coffee machines were down. But mainly disappointed in the driver who drove the shuttle. I understand it’s early in the morning and no one is in the mood - he was passing my terminal and I asked him if that was it which he proceeded to say “yes, this is why I asked everyone their terminals before getting on the van!!.” Which he clearly didn’t because I would’ve then told him mine. Anyways, he didn’t stop until I asked him to just pull over and I had to walk back to my terminal. You get what you pay for.
