It was nasty and had roaches

However it is poorly maintained by Manager and Staffs. They don't answer the phone acting like it's their personal phone that's very unprofessional 😒 🙄 😐 😑. The room was a good size it was clean but could be better. The Towels were very discolored turning from white to bage and had long streak stains on all of them. Then I told them about it and had to remind them about it again at the front desk then they bought back some other replacements with the same stained Towel with black faded stained old Towels. The sheets had rips on the sides and spots from something that stained it . Am pretty sure they billed whoever did that and still giving people old stained Towels and Old ripped sheets 🙄 😐 😒 . The TV 📺 had no remote. And they couldn't even find a good remote so I ended up with no remote for 3 days straight. The WiFi was horrible right through. The shower 🚿 was disconnected from the wall 🧱 😳. The fosset pipes had no filter in them to control the flow of the water. The room was poorly maintained just like the rest of the building and elevators. The elevators had broken tiles and a lot of scratches and markings in them . The Manager And Whoever clean the room the room I stayed in they are doing a horrible job 😑 🙄 😒. Am very disappointed with The Plaza Hotel 🏨 😕 😒 😞. I know The Plaza Hotel 🏨 can do a much better job.

El lugar está un poco deteriorado y huele muy feo

Horrible! Do not stay here. It is unsafe and deplorable conditions. Looks nothing like the photos AT ALL. We ended up walking out. Our room had no lights, no towels, no working TV, no working phone, the door lock swung freely on the door (very unsafe), no working fridge and it was being used as a stand for the microwave. Only if you were unhoused and have no other options would I recommend this place. Wish I had taken photos because I still can’t believe what I saw with my own eyes.

This was a last minute stay due to a long travel so I just wanted to save a couple of bucks. Needless to say This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in room filled with insects smells horrible from the lobby to the room. Very ghetto and filled with suspicious people everywhere. I mean like I couldn’t believe places like this exist I would avoid it at all cost if you have wife and kids and you’re on a low budget just try a Motel 6 or any chain stay ins please I only stayed for 3-4 hours just to rest but I couldn’t when it crossed my mind that I could be sleeping with bed bugs so I ultimately left around 3am.

I had to leave after one hour. Two rooms did not produce functioning Wi-Fi or tv service. I can live without tv, but need the Wi-Fi for work. I left. I wouldn’t stay there for free!

My children and I enjoyed my time at the hotel. The room was clean and we slept well. The pool and tiki area were closed because they are in the middle of renovations. I do look forward to revisiting after renovations have been completed.

Seriously? Let's talk about employees trying to be clever while they flirt with each other!

This place must have been nice. Fifty years ago. The chandelier and grand piano are still there, but they have seen better days. Dilapidated is the operative word. Yes, the a/c works and there's hot water, but everything else is a disappointment. Peeling paint, dingy walls and carpet. In the room, there are no curtains per se, just some shades that provide privacy but it won't darken the room. There was a refrigerator and a coffee maker, but no appointments whatsoever. Everything is sad and dim. There were tennis courts and a pool, but neither are useable and lots of people loitering around the tennis courts. There is a gym, but once again, pretty dilapidated. If price is your only requirement, this is a good choice--you won't get assaulted or harassed and I didn't see any bugs. However this is far from nice. Do not recommend. Don't do it, unless you're poor.
