I stay at this place whenever I'm in Fort Lauderdale visiting my son. The staff there are awesome and super friendly. My son and I enjoy the pool and convince of location. Plus the price to stay is always reasonable.

Friendly staff. They are remodeling and for the cost our room was updated and comfortable. The pool area was great and it is a short walk to the ocean. Great budget friendly option!

We were really surprised at how we love this little hotel!!! They have a friendly staff , a wonderfully clean room (little bit older, ) but slept so peaceful. It was excellent. It was great.

You get what you pay for. This was a last minute trip for us. The property is mid - but I knew this going into it. Rooms are dated. Could be a bit cleaner. We had an issue with our AC not working and Oliver moved us to another room. The pool is amazing and well kept. Oliver is the sweetest and very on top of things. It is an older hotel, and he is making improvements every day that I witnessed first hand. Not a 4 or 5 star hotel. So if you’re looking for that - this Is not it. Location is great. Family atmosphere. Great pool area. Cons - older/dated room. Could be cleaner.

Oliver, the front desk person is the nicest host you could have. He goes out of his way to make sure you are happy with your stay. The pool was also great! Very clean, Homey feeling like your in your own back yard.

Translation results There was no breakfast; the front desk clerk arrived late and left early; no one is there between 6:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m.; the elevator is old and dirty; they don't change the towels or the toilet paper; if you stay more than one day, they don't give you toilet paper or towels; terrible service.

Location pool and value I paid a cash deposit of 40$ and I had to check out early due to work and I still haven’t received because the person I gave deposit to never there when I go I waited plenty times I loved the hotel just rather them held the deposit from a card and released in 2-5business days I’m always booking rooms wish I got my deposit back would book in future

This hotel shouldn't be in business. Upon our arrival, the photos posted online looked nothing like what we pulled up to. We checked in, walked into our room, finding mold covering the room, ceilings, walls, and lamp shades. In addition to the mold the smoke detector was literally taped to the wall - not being functional at all. Lastly, there is a pull out section on the night stand where we found drugs and drug paraphernalia. Went to the office where the "manager" said he had a different room that was much better. Checked it out - it seemed to be a little better so I said we would try it for the night. Upon getting ready for bed, the pull out bed in the couch was disgusting, had stains and rips all through the 3 inch mattress. Also, cables hanging out of the wall, broken chair on the balcony, and mold in the air vents. As soon as we got up in the morning, I told the manager we were not able to stay here to do unsanitary conditions and asked for a refund. I was told to contact Expedia and I did so. Expedia stated the hotel would have to approve a refund. After days of going back and forth and getting the run around from the "manager" at the hotel they issued a min refund and he stated the "reservations" department is the one who made that decision. I politely asked for their phone number so I could explain the situation and he said I couldn't talk to them, only he could. If I could give this hotel 0 stars I certainly would. BEWARE! They spray mold with bleach to cover it up.
