Dated property, not the best location

The afternoon staff was extremely friendly and the parking was easier than most places. We stayed on the front side of the hotel which was extremely loud from street noises including cars, trains and planes. My family stayed on the backside and didn’t have issues. The bathroom was a little dirty but when we had issues with the toilet, the maintenance came right away after we asked the afternoon staff. The morning staff attendant said someone would be up and the toilet was still clogged when we got back. The distance to the airport and cruise port was convenient which is why we booked it. The pool was not crowded and easy access to it.

Just a very dated hotel not a good location but done a job

The room was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. The air conditioning barely worked, making the room uncomfortable throughout my stay. The lights constantly flickered, which made the room feel unsafe and neglected. It was obvious that basic maintenance and cleanliness are not priorities here. The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful when concerns were brought to their attention. Instead of addressing issues, they seemed indifferent to guest complaints. The surrounding area also felt very unsafe. There were people loitering around the property late at night, and I witnessed individuals appearing to be under the influence walking through the parking lot and nearby areas during the early morning hours. As a guest, I did not feel comfortable or secure. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Between the dirty room, malfunctioning amenities, poor customer service, and uncomfortable environment, I would not recommend this property to anyone. Save your money and book somewhere else.

Everything about this stay was terrible. The check in staff was less than helpful and the lobby wreaked of Marijuana. The property did not look safe. The rooms were outdated and dirty. Checkout staff was much better

Building was secure and staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean in the surface but the bathtub was nasty. A black scum covered the bottom of the bathtub and there were hairs stuck to the wall of the shower. There was also a clump of hair stuck to one of the clean towel I received.

I’m a late sleeper l didn’t have breakfast there The restaurant is not open Everything was good. I can’t complain about anything. I really like the hardwood floor and how clean and neat my room was. It made the room feel warm, inviting and comfortable. To top it up the shuttle, l like that.
