Emma was so nice upon check in. Amazing customer service. Area had a lot to do. Beach was across the street. Great area overall. Cannot wait to come back!

This hotel has a different style reception area. Not typical. Eclectic. Looks and feel like a lounge area and a restaurant when you walk in. Fairly new hotel so the amenities are modern. Hotel room door opens to hallway, out in the elements. Good selection during breakfast with hot and cold items. In walking distance to beach and hotel loaned beach chairs, towels and umbrellas. Very accommodating.

Huge and beautiful rooms. Bathroom was stunning. Full size fridge, with microwave on the room. Lovely balcony. Great pool. Delicious complementary breakfast. $20 overnight parking (which is a great deal next to the beach). Staff were fab. They even had beach chairs, carts and umbrellas for the beach.

Great visit! Definitely recommend!

Very nice ,newly remodeled hotel. Very quiet. Stayed there one night, so didn’t use the pool, but it looked inviting.

Location was great, walking distance to the beach, bars, marina. Close to the airport, las olas Blvd and Lauderdale by the sea. Room was very nice with a kitchenette and 2 separate bedrooms. Each bedroom had access to the balcony and a king size bed. The bad: This resort charges a $40 a night resort fee that is supposed to cover the amenities that they offer.The amenities they offer are not worth $40 a night, room cost us $160 extra because of this. No front exterior light so coming back late was slightly dangerous. Continental breakfast was disgusting, they had fruit out that was moldy. One of the bedrooms TV didn't work (remote not paired?) called front desk for a solution to the issue first night we were there, they brought us another remote and that was it. The new remote didn't work so the next morning I left a note for somebody at the desk asking that somebody go up and fix the TV while we were out for the day, that never happened. Front desk workers really did not care about the guest, coming off the elevator the desk is right there and they couldn't even be bothered to look up from their cell phones to say good morning or anything like that.

The balcony on the room was enormous the kitchen act, so helpful! Bigger sized hotel fridge with a freezer. Beds were so comfortable linens top-notch. Room was impeccably clean and I’m extremely picky. Pool was very comfortable many chairs available beach equipment was decent. Even the bikes were fine and I cannot say enough about how helpful kind and attentive. Every person of the staff was absolutely will be back again.

We really had a wonderful stay at this place. It’s a lovely place and walkable to the beach. We enjoyed our balcony corner room very much. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Anne is awesome. We needed help getting the bike rental app setup on our phones and she went above and beyond to assist us. Thank you! We will definitely check out this place again if we are back in the area.

We came into this place very tired from a 15-hour drive. We was welcomed with great smiles. But the most excitement was when we got to our room. The rooms here are amazing, the beds are comfy the showers are amazing everything was amazing. Breakfast the next morning was great. The atmosphere, the food, and the company that we kept was amazing

The property has very nice and clean rooms, but the service is a mess The room that they gave me had the ac broken, the temperature was 78-80 degrees. The girl in the front desk came up to verify it and she changed us the room, but she charged my card with the new room and a new deposit without my authorization, the reclaim process is a mess.

Awesome atmosphere

I love it!!! Everything was perfect, super clean, very good breakfast 👌 nice personal care. Would definitely reccomend , I frequently visit for Lauderdale and I say this with no exaggeration it was genuinely one of the best stays I've ever had and I have the staff to thank for that.
