The good:The location is great, next to many restaurants and retailers, a theatre and bowling alley. Room was clean. They take trash out and change towels every morning. They sweep when requested and bedding on request. The bads: the ice machine is broke. The parking lot is rough. Loud music and marijuana use every evening from other tenants in the parking lot. Our plug went out to our fridge and microwave. We has to move it ourselves to another plug. The bed was king size but was very hard and our backs hurt every morning. They don't make the bed up for you. I can't speak for every room, but our room didn't have a dresser or closet. Just bed, mini fridge, microwave, TV and a desk. No pool, no breakfast. Water pressure was minimal. Summary: cheap clean place to stay if that's what matters. No bells and whistles

Basic room. Air worked great. They were in the process of a remodel. If you need a room with a bed to sleep in for cheap, this is your place.

Pricing. Just looking for a quick night stay Kinda weird atmosphere. Had to wait on someone at desk. No personality

Just to be honest, this is an old property that is worth about what one pays for it, which isn't much. The best thing I can say about it is that rooms were available. No coffee maker, nowhere to hang clothes, no drawers. Just a small fridge and microwave in the room. The walls were beaten to death and peeling. Probably my biggest complaint concerned the air conditioner. It works, but they apparently turn it off every day. When I first entered the room at about 7:30 p.m., I don't think I would be exaggerating to say it was 115 degrees inside. The air cooled over the next three hours, but the foam mattress held the heat all night long. I was cold on top and sweating on the bottom. I expected the situation to resolve given a little time. At some point on day two, someone changed out the towels and turned the AC off again. It wasn't as hot, but still miserable. Thankfully, it was only two nights. Maybe those should be my expectations for $54 per night.

First of all I didn't get the room I had originally reserved but was still charged for it, then had to pay a separate security deposit, and then after check out they charged me a separate fee of $250, stating that I smoked in the room which I didn't, I have asthma therefore I don't even smoke. Needless to say we will never stay there again!!

The location was great. Just under the bridge n a couple of lights and ur at the college. The bed was great. The shower was nice. Not even the bare minimum. No cup, ice bucket, thin cover. Pillows thin too. Need all three to make one.

I booked a room with budget inn. And I went to check in and was charged 40 extra dollars for a 30 minute early check in. And the front desk staff had a terrible attitude the whole time I was there. I was by myself and he purposely put me in the back in the middle of the workers after I asked for a room towards the front desk
