Bathroom towels very small and thin

One CON: Railroad tracks across the street. I only expected about 6 trains in a 12-16hr period. Nope. This is one busy set of tracks. If you're a light sleeper this may be a deal breaker. Front desk will provide ear plugs. Try getting a room to the back of the property.

Decent and standard hotel experience

Great space, but parking was a little challenging

Overall, this was a great place to stay, especially at a budget, friendly price. It was easy to check in and check out, friendly staff, and the room was clean and updated. I would bring your own shampoo and conditioner. Only real negative is my husband and I found the bed extremely uncomfortable so for that reason only, I wouldn’t stay here again as we didn’t get much sleep. However, if you like extremely firm beds, you’ll probably enjoy it here.

I’ve been staying here for over 6 years amazing mom and pop spot clean, great location access to all of flagstaff.

Great place to stay when driving on Route 66 or visiting Grand Canyon National Park. Good value for the price. Highly recommended.

It was very close to downtown and close to buffalo park

P.S. They had an end table drawer safe that was a nice surprise.

To this 57 yr old body the bed was painfully hard. I could hear every fart the neighbors ripped because the walls are so thin. And the trains... all night and all day trains shaking the walls. I got 2 hrs sleep at best. The room was clean, the staff was nice and accommodating but the experience was a bomb. I won't be coming back.

The room was very clean, however very small for having a large king bed.
