Restroom was not cleaned properly, hair still on the shower walls. Room tv was not it! Simple smart tv for kids would do wonders. Also many Channels unavailable to watch. Phone speaker is louder than the tv itself. Not a kid friendly hotel. Unless you’ve got a whole night booked in the town and using the room strictly for sleeping then go ahead.

The room itself was fine. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure was so bad in the morning that the sink wouldn’t stay on long enough to wash your hands. We asked for an extra blanket while we were there and were told they didn’t have any and they were getting some the day after we left. I was very frustrated the difference in the photos vs how things looked in person.

The pool wasn’t working I’m not sure where the ice machine was the soda machine wasn’t working but the property was ok. The shower needed a deep cleaning and the coffee pot was dirty. The tv volume didn’t work it’s dated but the staff is nice and it’s centrally located

This place was a dump. One of the beds had black marks on the sheet, there was hair on the bathroom shower walls. And just plain dirty looking. The person upstairs at 1230 am was stomping on the floor for a couple of hours, then again in the middle of night and this morning. Would never stay there again.

I had a scrape from car door and staff provided assistance. Thank you.

It was a fairly comfortable bed. Room was clean except hair in the shower. Breakfast was not great but other than that it was a nice stay
-
Room was clean and quiet.
-
Bedding had quit of few stains. Pool and hot tube weren’t open. There was no freeway noise in our room. Didn’t have a chance to eat breakfast
-
Shower had stains like gold mold. The breakfast was waffles and more like a continental breakfast with limited choices. I won’t stay there again.

It should have been whatever we were expecting for the price we got but it’s just disappointing to be given an uncleaned room. But we somehow got an “upgraded” room because of it. Sleep was comfortable though. And the location is peaceful.

Got a ground floor room which is what I wanted. Don't know if they had an ice machine, Wish that the breakfast was offered until a later time.

The staff was great and the location was good. The property is very run down and the rooms definitely need to be painted and cleaner. The breakfast offered cereal, bagels and waffles. No proteins except yogurt. But the coffee was really good.

Location was excellent, within walking distance was a Walmart to stock up for hiking & road trip. Access to Hwy leading to Sedona....( A must see) Shower was just slightly dirty, corner had some crust otherwise it was over pretty clean. Shower door slider was very free moving and we weren't used to that so it banged a bit on the wall, but that was probably more do to our inexperience with this type of shower door.

Passable

Front desk clerk was very friendly amd check in was easy. Room was below average. Bathroom was cleab but the towels dod not look very clean, the sheets had spots on them, and the floors were laminate and did not look mopped. Stepping out of the shower, my wet feet picked up black dirt andturned the water dark gray on the bottoms of my feet when I stepped onto a towel to dry them off. The kleenex was empty and on shower the body wash bottle was empty. We rented 4 rooms as we were in town for a convention and all 4 rooms were similar condition.

Booked on Expedia a 2 queen bedroom for 06/11, and when I arrived I ended up getting single bed for some reason. Kept getting the blame game of Expedia and Green Tree. After talking to someone from Expedia they contacted the Hotel and they could not make changes because the manager wasn't around. They asked me to check back again on Expedia in 15 minutes to see if the manager from the Hotel was back. After a 6hr drive that shouldn't be my job to make it right. On 06/15 I booked another room straight from Green Tree and I got exactly what I ordered. Not my first time staying here.

The property was a great location. The rooms were clean and modern. Beds were super comfortable. The hotel is laid out, so you can park on either side and be close to your room. Everything is within a couple of minutes of the hotel, i.e. shopping, resturants, gas stations and the freeway.
