Included hair dryer and steamer. Water pressure in shower was excellent. Bath amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion) all smelled lovely. Bathroom was very small, but wash sink was outside the bathroom which is very practical for a room with more than 1 guest. Convenient location.

Room layout is very nice and clean. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Location is convenient yet overall quiet. Highly recommend it for a getaway holiday stay.

Clean location

We stayed in a queen beds room. It was a good size room, bathroom was a little small but updated. It had a glass sliding door. The room had a full size mirror with a ledge. I found it useful to place some of my makeup. Beds were soft and bedding wasn’t worn out. Same goes for the towels- they weren’t overly used. The property had an outdoor poor with hot tub. They had a space with oversized board games.

We loved our stay! The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and modern. Definitely would stay here again when in Flagstaff!

Very nice hotel only complaint were the bathrooms doors having a big crack in the sides and being able to see in them but other than that very pleased

Great Hotel.

I was just there for 2 nights to hike Humphreys peak. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
-
Great customer service, clean room, and very nice pool area to relax outside. Lots of restaurants close by to walk to.

Good enough to stay again
-
Hôtel Aiden we had a good stay at the hotel. We wil come again some day .

It was clean and spacious. Check in was easy... once we found the front door! The layout of the property is ridiculous, and nearly impossible to navigate after dark. By the time we found the front entrance (which looks like the back) we were very frustrated. It literally took us 30 minutes to figure out all the driveways and where to go.

Nice Tesla charger with easy access to pool and jacuzzi. Nicely remodel older hotel with current features and great location

Very clean and a decent location
-
Great experience, it was a short stay, I will be back for longer stays and believes this will be a great option when I travel for work to Sedona

Great place to stay, clean.

Great location, quiet and clean.

Minor quibbles: the bathroom is *quite* small (but everything worked great, and plenty of hot water for the shower). The TV uses DirectTV, and there was an issue during our stay where almost no channels worked - I'm sure that is temporary. Those are very minor; I'd happily recommend this hotel! Better than most.

The only suggestion I have is that breakfast is included with the stay. Cute, clean and remodeled. The highlight is the pool area for sure!

Very good
