Quality Inn Fishers - Indianapolis

I understand that you get what you pay for, however was not expecting the smells to be quite so bad. The room smelled of smoke and chemicals all night. We stayed just so we did not have to drive back late after a concert. I wish I would have paid more and stayed somewhere nicer.

The hotel room was clean enough, but the temperature was poorly controlled. The room was advertised as a queen size bed, but we were definitely given a full size. The bed was also quite uncomfortable. Would not stay again.

Overall, this was a really nice place. It was an older place that they remodeled so there’s still some older stuff. It looks like they’re fixing, but really nice and the person at the desk was very nice. The lady who cleaned the room was amazing overall would stay again.

The check in process was quick and effective. I left my keycard in my room twice and staff was very nice about replacing them both times.

We loved staying here and if we are back in the area we will stay again.

Check in staff was very nice!!! Room was fairly clean, but old. Hallway, elevator looked pretty dirty and smelled like smoke.

This was, without a doubt, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The owners are incredibly rude and treat both their employees and guests with complete disrespect. Customer service is nonexistent, and it’s clear they care more about overcharging guests than providing a quality stay. The rooms are poorly maintained, cleanliness is not a priority, and management seems completely unconcerned about guest satisfaction. If you value your safety, comfort, and hard-earned money, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. There are far better options than this place.

We went to a concert nearby. Found this hotel to have decent reviews. Price was very reasonable. Accommodations were decent. Value for the price was spot on. Pretty nice place. I will say they could update the bathrooms a little bit. But all in all well worth the money.

The room was small but had a unique design that gave it a roomy feel. It was updated and modern with the biggest refrigerator I’ve ever seen in a hotel room. The various lighting options gave the room a comfortable, ambient atmosphere. The beds were modern and comfortable.

Replaced phone and confirmation e-mail was lost. Attended the concert and had to drive home after. I feel like I was cheated out of a better time and also the money I gave in good faith to pay for the room. Minus ten stars

The bed was stiff and you only get one small pillow. Shower water pressure was nill but the tub and sink had ample water pressure. Not a bad place to stay but nothing great either.

There was a pubic hair in the bathroom sink,disgusting. Will never stay at this 1 again

It was a clean hotel The manager didn't tell me we could stay until the 2nd day.

I liked my room. It was cool and quiet. Breakfast wasn’t very impressive. Maybe add some muffins or toast? Overall my stay was worth the low price. Thank you!

Location was great!! Bathtub was dirty, caulking around the kitchen sink looked like a 3 year old did it. I am not expecting perfection but it was ridiculous. Only 2 pillows on the bed and they did not have extra pillows available. The Marijuana smell was so bad through the entire hotel it was unbearable. We left about 2 am and just headed home. We stay in a lot of hotels and this one was just not a good experience. I hate to leave a bad review but I feel like due to their location near a popular music venue they get away with a lot of let downs.
