Courtyard by Marriott Indianapolis Fishers

Very nice hotel. Staff was helpful and amenities were good. I was surprised there wasn’t a safe in the room. Otherwise great stay.

Rooms have sensors that charge you for “vaping” that did not occur

Room was clean with a beautiful view. They let us check in a few minutes early which was very nice. The staff was very friendly and polite. Love staying with Marriott!! Definitely worth it.

Clean room ,helpful staff , ample parking, Worked out great for us location wise. All things we wanted to visit were close by...like the Children's Museum and basketball games.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel was in a great location with many restaurants and shops in walking distance. My only complaint is that one of the elevators didn't work very well and the 1st. floor button didn't work, so if you wanted to go the lobby, you had to go to the second floor and take the stairs to the lobby, not a big deal unless you have your luggage with you. We were there for 3 days and still hadn't been fixed. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and or room was large enough to accommodate 5 adults comfortably.

Breakfast menu was sufficient Room was clean. Parking was good..maybe a few more handicapped spaces?

Pullout bed was broken and no other options for accommodations were offered.

I never got to stay. The concert was moved and I sent a cancellation request and never heard back. I had tried to transfer and there were no rooms available. Now I wasted $150. Don’t book a room if you think you might have to cancel. Customer service sucks.

Clean nice room. Love all shops and food nearby.

Spacious, modern, clean and good value compared with others at a similar price point

Very clean and comfortable. Very courteous staff. Bistro breakfast was very good. The mini fridge in room 407 did not keep things cold. GPS had a hard time finding the front of the property since it was near a shopping center. Little overpriced compared to similar facilities.

My aunt had her funeral out of town on this weekend yet I was unable to change the dates of my stay due to Marriott policy. Well this is my review stating “What good does this non-transferable stay do for Marriott? You took my $667 to prove a point that you would rather receive poor reviews due to poor customer service than help a customer that in no way is going to stay at your hotel now or for the foreseeable future.” Do not stay with Marriott if your only hotel room choice is not refundable.

They closed the pool because “they had no clean towels”, neither tv in our suite had volume control .

Do not even provide water bottle, sink almost flooded

The property was very convenient and close to where I needed to go N/A

Room was very nice. Staff was excellent! Parking was easy with a small car. Great location to many shops and restaurants.

Everything was wonderful including the staff
