Staff was friendly but room was a disappointment. It was hot and took a while to cool down fridge didn't work and no ice machine anywhere on 2nd floor. Also was a used bar of soap in the shower and freezer to mini fridge looked like a coke exploded and only the can was removed frozen coke still there.

Beware of this Hotel !!! The lobby is unsanetory with very large bugs which I believe are cockroaches? We asked to see a room and it just got worse. More bugs and horrible smells, and stained bedding. I left immediately with my family, two young children and husband. Unfortunately I booked this hotel through an third party and the hotel denied my refund, even though I didn't stay there. This hotel should be shut down and or at the least not allowed to affeliated with any online booking services!!!!! just the worst hotel I've ever seen in my life!

The bed was absolutely 💯 comfortable. Look forward to our next visit. If pool is fixed by then.

We still checked in, but as soon as we entered our room - just as the homeless man said - there were roaches. We were not about to find out if he was right about bed bugs. The front desk was unwilling to give any refunds because we booked through expedia. Thankfully expedia was wonderful when we explained the situation and reimbursed us.

DO NOT STAY HERE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!!!!!!!! First room they gave me hadn't been cleaned, towels all over and trash cans full. Second room wasn't much better. It had a bad smell like B.O. Went back to front desk and they just handed me some fragrance spray. The pool is covered and "closed for the season" they said. I got there a little late so I didn't leave until the 11am checkout time. The house keeper went in right after I come out and put fresh toiletries changed the trash bags and spent maybe 5 minutes in the room and was done, she moved on. So I know the small stains on those sheets were there from the last time the linens was not changed. As for the couch, I was scared to si t on it with all the different dark stains all over it, probably was a decade old. That's just to name the worst things there was plenty others. Only decent thing was the continental breakfast.

The first room was for smoking which the smell made me nauseous. I never book a smoking room. We were moved and so the room could've been a little cleaner. There were shady characters around the property. I don't think I will go back there. Sorry even though it was one night that was a waste of my money.
