Everyone was nice and helpful.

Just didn’t like staying there. No ceiling fan in room, odd smells by elevator, breakfast wasn’t good. If you’re looking for a cheap place to stay with a breakfast or extremely budget minded this would be the choice.

Staying here was amazing! The only thing I was a bit disappointed in was the food for the social hour and breakfast. Other than that, it's a nice quiet place to stay.

Fist thing we noticed is how CLEAN everything was. The staff were so nice and the breakfasts were delicious with lots of fresh fruits and selections of other hot and cold breakfast items. The only thing that was a bother were the pillows as they sank and didn't support our necks. The beds were comfortable though and we got great sleep as it was quiet and peaceful. Thank you for an EXCELLENT stay. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!

The staff was very nice & accommodating! The hotel was very close to campus & Dickson Street. The only issue was the beds were very small & uncomfortable. If the beds were upgraded, this hotel would be a great choice for convenience to the U of A campus.

Several of the in room appliances were not working. Staff was not helpful in resolving. We booked a king size room and they only had a queen size room available and tried to play it off like the bed was a king. When we called them out on it, they would not refund the difference in the booking. The place was not kept clean in the main areas. It is a poor choice for the cost.

Air conditioning was not working properly in our two bedroom suite and was consistently 74-75 degrees and was not comfortable to sleep

The room was very spacious, clean & nicely decorated. The main door and bathroom door were sticky and loud when going in/out. The property is easily accessible and very close to UofA and many restaurants. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was wonderful!

This property did not disappoint. My only wish is to have had more time to enjoy the accommodations. I booked a two bedroom suite with 4 beds so my daughters and I could all sleep in our own bed and we all slept very well. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was hot and tasty.

The staff was fantastic! My family was there for a wedding and the 2 bedroom suite was perfect.

Clean room. Great breakfast. Great check-in time. The sofa bed was so uncomfortable it hurt my back. Definitely needs replaced.

We really enjoyed our stay. We got the two bedroom suite. It was great. The staff was great. The property was clean. The breakfast was wonderful and the pool wasn’t too cold. Would definitely stay again.
