We arrived and you were shut! A sign on the door said you closed at 7pm. No one could be contacted, hotels.com couldn’t contact you and we ended up having to get another hotel at more expense (no thanks to hotels.com). What hotel closes at 7pm?! Insane! Avoid!

I arrived very late. Way past my scheduled time. Staff was very accommodating.

I can't accurately comment since the front desk was closed so long I thought the hotel had gone out of business. I could not check in and had to find another hotel. So far I haven't been charged, but if I am I will be in touch.

Worst place I have ever stayed in 34 years! The hotel literally sold while I had reservations and was asked to check out after working in an entire shift the night before. Management was absolutely ridiculous and not helpful at all. Expedia is the only one that helped me this place is horrible. Good luck for it turning into apartments. What a joke.

No hit water, not their fault and the front desk called me prior and made me aware of the issue and was accommodating about my cancellation or stay and deposit and it was very much appreciated ra Breakfast

Warning, they will double charge you, you will not get your money back and if your key card stops working you have no way into your room
