CIGARETTE SMOKE WAS OVERWHELMING!SHOWED 3 ROOMS AND THE NEXT MORNING TO SAY I WANTED TO CANCEL THE NEXT EVENING (WHICH WAS WITHIN MY RIGHTS) I WAS MET WITH CURSING AND THEN THE GENERAL MANAGER USED HIS KEY TO ENTER MY ROOM (6:45AM) WHILE I WAS GETTING DRESSED!! UNACCEPTABLE. I SHOULD HAVE CALLED 911. I THEN STAYED AT ANOTHER SISTER PROPERTY 1 MILE AWAY AND WAS DENIED A REFUND. THIS MAN SHOULD BE FIRED AND THIS PROPERTY DEMOLISHED. PEOPLE WORKING ON CARS IN THE PARKING LOT AND AFTER THE UNAUTHORIZED ENTRY NOT SAFE FOR SINGLE TRAVELING WOMEN!!

The WORST hotel in Fairfax and how it is still open is beyond me . If you smoke crack this is the spot for you ! Pitbulls in rooms .. people working on their cars in the parking lot . I was shown 3 rooms and the cigarette smell was insane and just trashed . The best part is when I went to cancel my reservation for the next evening and was met with some mean Black man who then used his key to come into my room while getting dressed cursing asking me to checkout. My job in life is to have him fired as that is completely unacceptable! This place needs to be demolished ! NOT SAFE FOR SINGLE FEMALES TRAVELING!!

The bathrooms and the hallways or the corridors are smelly. Overall great property very well maintained and extremely helpful staff especially this guy Milan at the reception , always smiling always ready to help . The bathroom and the carpet smell in the hallways is a negative .

Great quick stay

No utensils/equipment in kitchen. Breakfast meager. Room was nice. Need to upgrade room card maker to block already occupied rooms. A card to our room was issued to someone else.

I was surprised to find a complete kitchen, which I didn’t need, but there was nothing in it by way of pans, dishes, cutlery, etc. If I’d planned to stay for more than one night, I wouldn’t have been able to fix a meal there.

I did not like that the doors were not handicapped accessible. It makes for a smoother transition to outside. And it could be even smoother coming from outside to scan your key & then the doors open automatically.

I rented 2 rooms, 1 for my mother and 1 for me. We felt so unsafe due to their clientele that we stayed in the same room. They also allow smokers to gather right outside the front door entrance and smoke. There are no amenities. Very bare bones. If you are planning on an extended stay there are no plates/ glasses/ cookware which I thought was the purpose of a property like that. I will never stay there again. Do not recommend.

Everyone was helpful and personable toward me during a difficult time I encountered with my employment situation. They were there to listen and offer advice.

Clean room , easy check in . Continental breakfast left a lot to be desired but overall stay was good

The kitchen and refrigerator smelled. I couldn’t get the room cool enough to sleep. There was not a single kitchen item- coffee cups, silverware, etc.
