There is a barber shop and Thai restaurant attached to the hotel. Extremely convenient. Barber shop was top notch.

Closest ice machine broken, had to go to the fourth floor. Could not use the rolling carts for my room, multiple trips to the car and back.

It was an excellent location for our purpose, and easily accessible from highways, main roads, and public transit. The staff were accommodating of our desire to check in early, and parking was plentiful. The room met the standards outlined on-line and in reviews. It was "pleasant." As multiple reviews have said, this place is dated and in need of updates to get beyond the 6-7 range. I understand why they don't invest, because the place is full every night. It is clean, affordable, and the breakfast and the Thai restaurant attached are both good. That said, the bathroom was tiny, the doors have obviously been painted one-too-many times, the beds are going soft, and the AC units are trying their hardest but not quite keeping up. It reminded me a great deal of a late-1980s or early '90s motor lodge, probably because that is when it was built.

Was booked room with jacuzzi inside when i check in no room available then down grade no refund. Elevator not work. Wifi very very slow

Waited over 10 minutes for an elevator to the 6th floor. Had to send the elevator to my wife while I walked down to the lobby beforehand. Rooms were very outdated jacuzzi was basic but took over 30 minutes to get it ready. Bed was sleep able but not comfortable. Not sure it was worth the increased price for the private feature.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The first room I received was dirty and not properly cleaned. The bathroom was unacceptable, and the room looked like it had not been prepared for new guests. I had to change rooms twice, which was very frustrating and inconvenient. The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful when I reported the problems. Instead of helping, they made the situation worse. I expected a clean room and respectful customer service, but I received neither.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Hotel is centrally located with ample parking on site. Breakfast was adequate.

Convenient, clean, reasonable, very adequate breakfast and friendly staff. My only concern is that to get to the elevator to my room, I had to climb 2 or 3 steps, then walk a short walkway, and then down 2-3 steps again. A ramp there would have been easier. To be fair, I did not request handicap access, and did not inquire if there was another elevator. I would stay here again, but I would ask those questions. The few stairs were not impossible for me, but with bad knees, and carrying luggage, it was not easy either. OH, and my room, 403, near a stairwell, was near some sort of banging in the walls for a few hours, around 10 -12. I did not hear it through the night. Could not figure out what it was. I'm sure other rooms did not have this problem, but I booked last minute on Expedia, so I was getting their 'deal' room. It was somewhat annoying, but thank goodness it stopped. Just don't take room 403. ;)
