Springhill Suites by Marriott Fairbanks

Comfortable bed and great staff. The price, but… that is Alaska in the summer.

They gave us adjoining rooms which is exactly what I had hoped for. Breakfast was included and very good. We used the shuttle from the airport and it was very convenient. Great pillows. Enough towels. Bravo! Nothing

This was a nice hotel with a good location in Downtown Fairbanks. We utilized the free shuttle from the airport and to the train station. Both shuttle drivers were very friendly and professional. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We would stay here again.

The breakfast was good. i enjoyed the choices of toppings for my oatmeal. I liked the location because we could walk to a meal (the Thai House Restaurant and Crepery) and do some boutique shopping across the street. It was an enjoyable place to stay! nothing

Nice location and great breakfast

The bed was fine, as was the bathroom, but it was a dreary and depressing place, unattractive rooms and the carpet I don’t want to even think about. Also, no in room safe and a very loud radiator spewing cold air. The surrounding area was not nice. On a brief walk I saw mostly intoxicated and/or disturbed people. I would not stay here again.

Breakfast is good. Room for breakfast foods is too small to accommodate a large crowd.

We were there 4 nights. Housekeeping visited once, but didn’t do a great job; beds were barely made and trash was left behind.

The room was half cleaned , sheets and towel only changed, I have doubts that they clean really. 3 box of pizzas which including pizzaz in it , from previous guests was there, previous guests keyes was on counter, after several follow up i was able to get a refund of 45 $ , i am waiting to get it, they told it takes 10 days. I paid 150$ for one night, we checked in at 3 AM and check out at 9AM. Breakfast was bad also,

Unfriendly staff; pool and workout small but clean; great location downtown, shops to explore and restaurants. Rooms are not brightly lit which is fine in summer but sad in winter. Free breakfast is meh. Small parking lot fills up quickly and you may have to park across the street often due to the overflow.

Room was clean and the bed comfortable. Good breakfast! The walls are paper thin so you hear everything. And there is a bar outside that has a lot of ‘on the street’ action. It was loud and very disruptive.

The staff were all wonderful! Definitely recommend and would stay again.
