Room clean. Warm cookies in afternoon. Pool area well maintained. Bed very high. Telephone non working. Many TV channels not working including some frozen stations.

Not a good experience. Will not return. Extremely disappointed. Very loud highway noise. Staff gave us bad information, flat out lied and was dishonest. We will never make the mistake of staying here again. Sleep was constantly interrupted by loud highway noise. Very expensive for the quality of the hotel. We had issues with our reservation and the hotel blamed hotels.com. Bad experience start to finish! Run away!

Comfort Suites at Evergreen is really pretty far from Evergreen, so be absolutely sure you have a car when you get there. It's right off a major Interstate, so you might hear the traffic as white noise in the night. But the rooms are spacious, the motel is clean and well maintained, the staff is pleasant, and the breakfast is ample.

it was off road enough we could sit on the deck and no road noise ! The room had a divider so we each had privacy and we had our own TV Room was clean and everyone was very friendly , rarely heard anyone walking down hallway and in and out of their rooms Highly recommend this hotel This is me personally but I can’t sleep well on a very firm bed - and the bed was firm

Great place to stay in the mountains. Our kids loved the pool though it was smaller than we thought and much more aimed at kids than adults. The breakfast was good. Staff was great!!

The building is older, but well maintained. The staff is nice and helpful. Location was ideal for what we needed The breakfast was not very good at all. Typical powdered eggs and cheap sausage, offered no variety. Oatmeal was poorly done and cheap tiny plastic utensils were barely big or strong enough for children, not adults. Also, tiny coffee cups made one return twice to have a decent cup of Joe.
