Fairfield Inn by Marriott Evansville West

Very clean and well kept. Excellent breakfast.

We loved our comfortable king bed room. Plenty of space. The shower had wonderful water pressure & hot water was almost immediately available. Loved the step-in shower with the provided bottles of shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Glad it was separate from the sink & mirror area. Fridge was small, but it was a short stay for us. TV was large, could be tilted toward the bed or sofa. It was great!

Clean rooms, friendly staff

Always stay here when visiting our daughter at college. Always clean, very friendly and the breakfast staff is always so nice!!

Bfast staff the best

The room was clean and bathroom well stocked. The area felt safe, which wss important since we were traveling with kids. The pool was small, but clean. Breakfast was good and had a small variety of items.

No hot tub

The breakfast was great. It was hot and fresh with many options available. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The location was quiet. The pool was nice and relaxing. Everything was perfect.

Staff was slow and a little rude. No hot water in the shower. And for a handicap room it was a VERY long walk from the entrance to the room. No added help.

Nice location for the hotel. Room was nice and clean, staff was very friendly. We stayed for a concert.

Everything was clean, beds were comfy, perfect for our one night stay.

Dirty toom toothpaste all over the counter front desk evening woman was rude and even Incorrectly charged my card

Nice staff Good breakfast

The general state of the property is not similar to other Fairfield by Marriott hotels that I’ve stayed at (and which motivated me to book it). It’s not maintained well, cleanliness in lobby and room was not as expected. I had to find the cable and plug in the heater because the room was at 68 degrees and no one thought to do the guests the courtesy of plugging it in and setting it to 70 or higher (it was freezing outside) before our arrival. The day of checkout, which was set at 12noon, a lady knocked at the door at 10 and demanded to know when she can come to clean. This is not typical of other Fairfield by Marriott hotels I’ve stayed at. I do not recommend this hotel unless your cleanliness standards are “anything goes” and you like to sleep in freezing cold rooms with stale smells.

Gm asked for my phone number. Ive never been asked for that. Then the following day he called asking did I leave a jewelry box or make up case. I never reported such. He said it may have been person before me. It felt off initially.
