Very satisfied, traveled here for the World Cup. Staff was extremely kind and helpful, the lobby was nice and clean, breakfast was very decent, the room for a double queen bed was very nice and clean, had zero issues with anything. Airport shuttle arrive and depart was very convenient. Would definitely recommend for a place to stay in Dallas!

This hotel, the breakfast and the staff were very good. My only complaint is that the doors to the rooms are fairly heavy so people just seemed to walk through and let them slam behind them thus through the evening/night and morning you could continuously hear slamming doors. As so many people are inconsiderate of other around them, I think the only way of stopping this is perhaps put soft closing fixtures to the doors. Other than that, we had a great stay

Airport shuttle doesn't operate after 11 p.m. Had to get an uber for $25. One of the reasons I booked here was proximity/shuttle.
