The property was beautiful, right on the lake. Lots of wildlife around. Property was well maintained, the rooms were spacious and well decorated. Staff was very helpful.

Great hotel. Room with lake view and porch was relaxing, quiet, and clean. Restaurant on site was good, but bar should be open past 9/10pm for hotel guests.

Staff was friendly. But we had issues in pur room daily. First the air conditioning leaked from a blocked condensation line. They came and fixed it but left the soaked pillow and water all over the floor running under the pullout bed our kids were sleeping on. Told them about this, but still Noone was sent to clean up. Then the next night air conditioning stopped working. They sent soemone to fix that the next day. Then it leaked again all over the floor. Between being hot amd stuffy and the constant dripping my husband and I slept like crap for the 5 days we stayed. I wouldn't book again.

Lake view was great!! Staff wanted us to change rooms for an additional night and we chose to leave instead, but the billed us over $500 for the night we were not going to use.... with 12 hours notice. Very inflexible and refused and portion returned for the night we were not choosing to use. Great marketing, right!?!? Stay away from Estes Park resort!!!! There are lots of friendlier & less expensive places around Estas Park.

We had a wonderful time! Property Is well maintained and beautiful. Onsite restaurant is delicious. The spa was great! Early morning yoga on the lake was a great way to start the day! Great location on the lake. Would highly recommend.

Excellent breakfast and dinner at Ember restaurant. The staff was attentive and courteous. While we did not have time to utilize the other spa offerings, the room was very comfortable with a great view of the lake. N/A

Such an incredible stay! The room was beautiful and very clean. The shower was great with multiple shower heads and settings. The toiletries smelled so good. The fireplace was cozy and the robes were a great touch. It was in the most beautiful location and convenient to everything. The lake, the marina, the fire pits, and picnic areas were all excellent. I would highly recommend for anyone staying in Estes Park!!

Family of 3 w/ a toddler. Stayed 2 nights for a weekend away and exploring RMNP. Staff was really nice. Location is great, super close to downtown Estes Park and easy drive to Beaver Meadow entrance of RMNP. Mini fridge in room isn't great for leftovers but other than that very minor inconvenience we had zero complaints. Would absolutely stay again!
