SpringHill Suites by Marriott Fort Myers Estero

Room was clean, Staff was helpful. We had room with one king bed. Maybe I am being too critical but the room was poorly designed. The door to the bathroom had a large opaque glass which faced the bed so if you got up at night to use it you would wake up your spouse with a bright light. Also the toaster did not work at the breakfast, but the food was good 👍. We didn't take advantage of the bar/tapa's area at night but it looked well stocked and friendly.

It was soooo quiet!! The only bummer is my son had an allergic reaction to the bedding. We believe it's whatever they wash with. We changed bedding and rash spread. Luckily we were traveling with some home bedding and brought that in, along with Benadryl! So if you have a sensitive one be aware. I did let hotel staff know so maybe they can make a change👍

When I arrived and went to my room, one of the beds was not made. However, the Front Office staff took care of it right away and reassigned me a different room. They were very apologetic and courteous throughout the whole thing.

We had a great stay here during our trip. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was always kind and helpful. The location was convenient for everything we needed. It made our weekend much more enjoyable!

The woman who worked the coffee area didn’t speak English enough to understand me asking her for coffee cream, in broken English she said they don’t have coffee cream, the front desk said she was incorrect, still got no coffee cream. The ceiling in the bathroom was patched with drywall mud in multiple places and never finished & painted, shower was weak as can be, will never stay there again.

Key card system was down when we first arrived so they had to let us into our rooms. Fortunately it was resolved within a couple of hours, but they indicated this had happened in the past. Seems like that is something the hotel could improve upon.
