Very clean and pleasant place to stay, however the older female morning desk clerk was very unpleasant and was not helpful at all. Everyone else was great! She had a major attitude.

One great thing we noticed during our stay was the location was very good. You're a few minutes down the road from stores, Costco, plaza with shops & food, plus 20-30 mins drive to Meadows Theater (We stayed for a concert). Staff was very friendly/helpful & breakfast was good plus clean eating area. Would recommend & stay again if in the area again

I've been to this property many times. The breakfast is good, but they do not have any gluten free bread items. The staff is very friendly, one staff member made decaf coffee for me at night when the urn was empty. I will go back to this property.

We had 2 adjoining rooms, and it was spacious! The rooms were updated, clean and the hotel had great amenities. Awesome location to lots of shopping and dining.

Instead of cleaning our room, they hung a do not disturb sign on our door. When I asked the front desk about it, they said there was nothing they could do.

All the staff, from the front desk to the housekeepers to the breakfast attendants to the young man who carried our heavy suitcases down the stairs to our car when the elevator wasn't working, were awesome. Thanks!

Breakfast with very good with several good choices. The beds and pillows were very nice. And was happy to see several towels Wasn't given any wifi information at all. What the times were for breakfast. No channel guide.
