we had no heat andthere was a leak in the hallway but the staff bought us a heater and the leak was being repaired. Overall stay was pleasent

Let's be honest, you get what you pay for. This is a low-end hotel. Their card reader/writer had been down for a week, so the staff had to let you into your room every time you came and left. There's no elevator, so good luck with your luggage. There was no soap in our room. We booked a room with a sofa bed, guess what wasn't there in our room? It barely served the purpose for a freeway stopover, but I wouldn't stay there again.

Clean and friendly place. They were going through a system upgrade, which ment they could not give us key cards, they had to let us in our room every time we left the room.

Traveling with my 14 year old daughter heading to a wrestling tournament in Idaho and the only thing that saved this review was the amazing ladies in the front, spa and sauna. After arriving late didn’t inspect the room much just went down and utilized the spa and sauna. After heading back to the room and getting ready for bed she noticed several stains on the sheets. It was a long travel from California so we just used my bed sheets over the others and called it a night. Convenient off highway and places to eat and fuel up. Outdated but the AC did blast.

Dated, to say the least, smelled bad in the very dark corridors. Nothing about the place was clean.

We didn’t utilize any amenities, we arrived late and left early. The room was clean and the beds were so comfortable (2 Kings!) We got a great night’s sleep. The location was affordable and staff were friendly.

Room and bathroom very clean and well kept. Bed and bedding very comfortable. The towels very rough and scratchy. The room was cold because the thermostat would not turn on the heater. The condition of the parking lot was poor!!!

The last time I stayed at a Shilo Inn was 30 years ago -- it was a wonderful experience, so when I saw that Elko had a Shilo, I choose that hotel as my destination for the night. Sadly, the Elko Shilo hasn't been updated in 30 years and shows its age. The front desk area didn't have air condition -- fans were blowing. The tiles in my bathroom were cracked and looked a little dirty. The curtain couldn't be closed all the way because one of the stays was broken. The tv image was blurry -- probably due to the t.v. being old. Otherwise, the room was clean and the bed ok.

Place was dirty trash all over the parking lot stains on the sheets in the room stains on the wall one of the beds sink down on the side cuz it was broke water took almost 30 minutes to get warm pull was freezing cold hot tub didn't work The water was also cold would not recommend staying here I want to refund my money

Gym doesnt have working equipment. The pool was great though

The bed was great. The sink was plugged, shears were ripped, the room was somewhat clean. It sits next to the freeway, so pretty noisy.

We Had Our Puppy Girl's With Us! Soooo Pet Friendly, the Pet Park was nice under some pine trees! Big room two king beds water pressure was okay. indoor pool and jacuzzi! Nice area right next to shopping and restaurants! The Staff was very Sweet! And the place was very Quiet! Overall Good Stay!!!
