Basic room was good for my one night stay as I passed through town.

pool was not heated as advertised, air conditioner was not cooling too well and the bathroom had small insects in it.

Excellent property, poor breakfast, but close to restaurants and stores

The next morning our shower didn’t have pressure, so the front desk quickly opened the room next to us so we could shower. It was wonderful and soft water. The breakfast bar was nice with bagels, cereal and drinks. I love this much better than watery eggs at other places. Thank you Spark!

No microwave, no coffee machine, no drawers or closets, and the breakfast was bare minimum… That was my last time with Spark hotels!

The indoor pool was not heated was very cold didn't get i n wanted too that was the whole point of staying thier because I live in el paso tx

Clean room reasonable price

It was clean Breakfast

Swimming pool was 50 degrees or lower we were not able to swim at all I asked for housekeeping and the room didn’t get cleaned due to short staff that was the Unser from the front desk.

Room was clean but the outlet next to the sink didn’t work. They also did not leave extra toilet paper in the room. The toilet paper left was halfway gone. Lastly the bottom of the shower had some black on it like it wasn’t properly cleaned.

Clean room with some minor exceptions, breakfast is terrible

Pool water was not clear and temperature was 75 degrees. Shower leaked badly. General cleanliness and condition is poor. Ran out of coffee, milk and several breakfast items periodically during breakfast. One person watching the desk and maintaining breakfast.

Everything , the breakfast was a little bit more than a continental one, and they had coffee station 24/7. Good price All good

Did not cancel on me as I was there to attend the BTS concert. Staff were working hard for guests to have a good experience despite it being so busy and having limited staff members. Had a room right by the elevator, could hear the elevator dinging all night.

Our bathroom sink was leaking continuously underneath the vanity, to the point where we had to use towels and a bucket to catch the water for the entire stay. This made the bathroom difficult to use and felt unsanitary. This is a basic maintenance issue that should have been resolved before assigning the room. While the front desk staff were polite and provided towels and a bucket, the problem itself was never fixed, and we were not offered a room change as the hotel was fully booked. As a result, we had to deal with this inconvenience the entire time. I appreciate the staff’s effort, but this significantly impacted our stay. I would expect a hotel to either provide a functional room or offer a reasonable alternative. Given the circumstances, I believe a partial refund or compensation is appropriate and would expect management to address this.
