Staff is less and less helpful.

Staff was with a late check out, they had a 3rd party functions both when we checked in and checked out. We requested a late check out to enjoy the pool and was denied even though we couldn’t enjoy it with Pilates classes going on back to back. Also, privacy was violated, staff barged in while we were in our underwear. No management apology. Also, we waited over 45 minutes for our valet to return our truck.

Staff were exceptional Everything but the staff. Run down, dirty showers. Definitely needs some updating.

Falsely claiming they were upgrading us to a better room over the bar, then making us sign noise waivers. Music was blaring till 1AM, THEN STARTING AGAIN AT 7AM, because it was what the owner wanted and we were stuck because they were completely booked.

Party place for sure. Did not know the music would be blurring till 2am. The valet parking is required but not included in price. Will not stay again.
