Holiday Inn Express and Suites El Paso North by IHG

Room was very spacious. The breakfast had many options, including healthier options that I’ve never seen and other places. Staff was very friendly.

Very nice

Every time I go visit family in ELP I stay at this hotel. I love how easy it is to get there, easy access to the highway and food. The amenities are great!! I never pack shampoo and conditioner because they use a good brand. Overall, love it!!

Great breakfast, friendly staff, clean and quiet

It was very close to the military base as well as restaurants and shopping centers. The pool was excellent. There were no shaded areas for parking, so our vehicle was extremely hot.

The breakfast was excellent value. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room was average, clean and everything you needed was there. Terrible sewage smell as soon as you entered the hotel and lobby area.

Had a great time just wish the pool was available!

We like Holiday Inn Express because it's of consistent quality and so we know what we're getting, which makes it reliable. And the free breakfast is usually of better quality than other places. The room was nice and clean. The front-desk service was friendly and helpful, especially in recommending places to eat in the area. We took their advice, and were pleased. The only slight knock this time was that the sofa bed did not have any sheets, linens, pillows or other covers (and our son needed to use it), so we had to come downstairs to get those. And there was no bar soap by the bathroom sink, so we had to come down for that, as well. But I'd say all in all, it was a pleasant stay, and we'd highly recommend for either leisure or business travel.

Room cleanliness was awesome Hotel quietness was really good even though being close to a highway Breakfast was really good so y’all know they have egg whites omelette, regular scramble eggs, boiled eggs, shopped potatoes, sausage Biscuits and gravy, fruits and waffle maker To me and my family was enough instead of going to spend $100 worth of breakfast The only thing missing was bacon 😬 I didnt ask though Overall very good place to stay Our favorite so far in El Paso

This hotel was great good location, clean, friendly staff. Then only bad thing is there was a really bad smell in the hall and in one of the rooms we rented. It smelled like sewer water.

Good hotel for a quick stay. Bed was comfortable, room was large but bathroom was a bit dated. Breakfast was free but not anything special.

TV didn't work and there was hair in the shower and bed

Good location for my needs; clean room, very friendly staff, breakfast more than adequate, parking close to room access. I've stayed here before when visiting family in El Paso, and I'm sure I'll be back.

Cleanliness Location

Overall decent, the room was a bit dusty and i had to reactivate my key the second day, but the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Noisy next room occupants.

Staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived about an hour early for check in and the room was ready and they let us check in early with no issues. Facility was clean and accommodating. Easy access to the highway and nearby restaurants and stores. We went down for breakfast half an hour before breakfast closed on our last day and there was no food left. We should have gone down earlier but there were a lot of people who didn't get breakfast because it didn't get refilled.
