Best Western Plus El Paso Airport Hotel & Conference Center

Facility was very clean , though it needs some updates and no wifi or cable tv

The hotel was decent overall and the staff was friendly. However, the room layout felt very cramped, with very little space between the desk and the bed, making it difficult to move around comfortably. I was also disappointed with the cleanliness. Shortly after taking off my shoes, I stepped on a piece of glass that had been left on the floor, which was concerning and made me question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned. Despite these issues, the stay was okay overall, but there is definitely room for improvement.

The door will not lock, my kids was fighting, I had to stay awake all night after long hours of driving. I will not choose this hotel if I didn't read the review on Expedia but it look like this was not true. With the price that I paid I could get a better hotel. Veey disappointed.

Breakfast was exceptional. Rooms were nice bathrooms were al little rough. No hot water the night we got there.

Dirty rooms, water leaking from ceiling in the bathroom, towels stained with blood, toilets with pee drops and dirty inside, I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Everything was great until I checked out and they charged me $150 for a MINI TOWEL (that’s no more than $1-2) from our hotel for being DIRTY. yes dirty. Nothing extreme just my daughter making a mess and having to use a towel to clean. When we tried to speak to management she was very rude, didn’t give me a chance to explain and nasty comments she made. She just pulled out the MINI TOWEL to my husband to show what was on there. She had tattoos and short hair. This was this morning June 15th. $150 charge for a mini towel that was used to clean up a mess so the housekeepers didn’t need to clean up after us. I understand a charge but not 150 for a $1-2 towel. Ridiculous. Never will go back !!!!

I stayed 2 nights and Room service is every other day so that wasn’t helpful also the room I checked in had the door lock malfunction I left my stuff in the room for several hours not knowing that door wasn’t locked than I complained and they gave me another room

Breakfast was ok.. Guess there at the pool invite other friends and family members who aren't staying at the hotel to party with them with extra loud music that others may not want to hear.. A lot of the people at the pool weren't even guests of the hotel.. at this hotel, in particular, it is a hispanic culture to play loud music from two different speakers, which was quite annoying..

The staff was great, very friendly. Comforters were dirty, restroom had previous guests’ hair on tub and toilet. Pool needed to be cleaned.
