The guy at the front desk was rude and they were extremely strict about the parking and wanted to know specific details about the vehicle, when he could of just handed me the parking pass.

I didn't really like anything , the rooms showed it had a love seat and microwave that wasn't the case the chair that was in room you couldn't even sit on it . It was filthy and stained the bathrooms look dirty i had to go to store and sanitize room again it said pool was open it wasn't open the way they explained online . Everything.....

The property was a safe location. Everything is close by. What I didn’t like was the shower water all over the floor. The tv would would disconnect, sometimes no service. No breakfast just some honeybun and coffee.

The pool was ok, but couldn't access it without a staff member, and they were absent for hours at a time. Everything could have been better.

Hidden fee upon check-in of $10.00 a night they charge for booking the room on Booking.com. No breakfast like they used to have. Had to request a chair for the room. Phone and TV didn't initially work. No tissues, was requested but never received. Little things that added up. Shame liked staying there when I needed it for work when it was America's Best Value Inn

only minor things, but i think they were just really short staffed. only got 2 small pillows for the 2 of us, the furniture too big for the area , and we couldn¿t figure out the tv , and no no one came to help so we finally figured it out.

No breakfast available ,m They offer continental breakfast but did not have any. Did not clean my room, only one sugar available for me coffee, way over priced for the room. A/c unit temperature not adjustable Arrived a little early before my time to check in and they want me to charge extra when in better hotels is ok to check in a little early. Staff was too short on details. Not going back

The gentlemen at the front desk is not too nice. Parking is tight. I was asked to park in a no parking zone because there was no parking spaces available.

Breakfast was NOT included even though this was mentioned on the website. Both breakfast and gym were NOT included even though this was mentioned on the website, and the reason we booked this hotel

The location was especially very convenient After checking out and picking up my deposit I noticed I was missing $20.00. I was then advised by the receptionist that the $20 was kept for doing my reservation through booking. I find that very inconvenient. I wasn't notified of this extra charge which made my complete savings completely vanish. Please this needs to be in bold.letters so customers are aware of the extra charge
