The room as well as the facilities were clean. The staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast had options and was good.

Everything was great except the pool area could have been cleaner. The water was cloudy in the pool and hot tub and the lining of both were not very clean.

Liked the full included breakfast. Location was great. We had a great room, very roomy. Staff was very congenial. Would of liked lower rates and would of been nice to change protein at breakfast.

The motel room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful with many items to choose from. The elevator was once again broken and we had to climb three flight of stairs carrying our luggage. We are 66 and 69 so that was very hard. We weren’t told the elevator was broken until earlier in the day we were to check in when it was too late

Everything was excellent. The only thing that wasn't great was breakfast, but that's classic continental breakfast expected in most hotels like this one.

The elevator was out of service. Staff assisted guest to carrying luggage but if someone has issues with stairs it could be an issue

The only problem was that the elevator didn't work. They had us on the 2d floor but since the elevator didn't work they moved us to the 1st floor, which was really nice.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff, and a nice area. Pretty much all you can ask for in a hotel.

When in Durango, this is one of our “go to” places to stay. The rooms are always clean, our granddaughter always enjoys the pool/hot tub, and the breakfast is excellent. For this stay, however, I must mention one of the staff, a lovely young lady named Iris. Iris was very helpful in checking us in on Friday and when our plans changed and we decided to stay an extra night, Iris went beyond being helpful in making sure we had a room for Saturday night (even being apologetic that we had to change rooms - which we were happy to do in order to secure a room for the night). She was so friendly and helpful to us and was just such a pleasant person to talk with. She is definitely an asset to the team!
