I cannot say enough about the service we received at Check in at the hotel. Eric, was completely understanding in makeing the necessary changes to our reservation as I selected the wrong date. He went out of his way to call Hotels.com and the patience to go through the AI automated voicemails in order to reach a Representative. If it wasn't for him and his perseverance I would have lost my down payment for the room. Cannot give him enough accolades for his perseverance and endurance in helping us

The toilet was way too low to the floor. The automatic doors coming into the hotel were not consistently operational. Not what I'd expect from a Hampton Inn.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Awesome pool and hot tub. Very clean to swim in. Room was great, comfortable bed and pillows. Water pressure in the shower in amazing. Very good for sore neck muscles.

We will definitely stay here again. It was one of the better Hampton Inns we’ve been in. Room was spacious and clean. Location was convenient. Breakfast was pretty good. Staff members were all very nice.

Breakfast was good. Many local dining choices available. Plenty of parking. Two negatives were the entry to the shower in our suite was narrow. I had to turn sideways to go in. The only other issue was that the door to the bedroom was partially blocking entry to the bathroom when open.

The location was great. The breakfast was only ok. No scrambled eggs, omelets that were on the darker side. The Hampton in Santee, Sc had fresh strawberries & blueberries too. The breakfast : I ate a hard boiled egg and small yogurt.
