Nice room, good location, typical breakfast buffet, comfy bed. The maintenance and repairs are done on the cheap so some things look shoddy and duct-taped, but it doesn't affect anything but aesthetics.

Overall, the room was very clean.

The stay was okay, for the most part the hotel was maintained. The walls are thin but slept well.

First room had a damaged door jam, room #106. 2nd room had blinds stuck open. 3rd room seemed fine, but later noticed toilet seat was bolted down in 1 place, instead of 2. Then, I wash my hands, but the hot and cold are reversed. I do a wash in the washing machine, but the lid is attached in only 1 place instead of 2. The dryer didn't take my quarters, so I had to rush to find a laundromat that was open. There were 3 outside doors that rejected my room key, even during the day, so people prop the doors, one of which wouldn't latch. My key didn't work at the fitness center.

Interior was in disrepair. Bugs in bathroom. Room was not fully cleaned. Towels were terrible. Back door was propped open every night (unsafe). Toilet was almost right up against side wall. Could not understand the employees who spoke with very thick accents.

Love the woman at the front desk, she was very helpful. Clean room, good breakfast, but get a first aid kit lol.

Only its location. The facility was poorly maintained..poorly staffed…minimal food choices.. that’s not the worst of it.. I was staying there for a conference and one woman said she had a bug in her bed.. the hotel told our group that they would check ALL the rooms and wash all the sheets. They didn’t go in anyone’s room. We were given the chance to go to another hotel, but that would have been very inconvenient and more costly.. we decided to check for ourselves to see if there were any signs of bed bugs and seeing none decided to stay. What bothers me most is that they lied to us. Everyone was disappointed with the hotel. I will never stay there again.

Cheap price but the carpet was dirty and needed to be vacuumed. The breakfast options were not that great.

Staff was great, room was nice, breakfast was good, overall my stay was pleasant. They should probably get a better maintenance person the repairs were done unprofessionally to be nice. This is a great location and a nice hotel, the owners should really focus on keeping the property in tip top shape.

Hallways were a little outdated. The sheets and blankets were stained which is a little gross. Breakfast was good. Pictures online better than it actually was. Would not stay again.

Room was clean. Free breakfast was good (they have waffles) 😁. Only one elevator, but the wait wasn't bad. Rugs and room blinds are showing their age. Was a great 1 night stay and the price was reasonable. I felt like the area was safe. Only negative thing I can say is the walls are paper thin. I could hear my neighbor across the hall talking on their speakerphone, 4 doors down had a screaming kid, and someone close to me had a harmonica, but by 9pm all was quiet.

We booked a king bed but gave a double not even a queen!
