The Biltmore Hotel Villas, Dubai

The villa is implicablly designed inside out using very high end luxurious design materials and finishes making it truly a distinctive luxury destination for families seeking exclusivity, outstanding service level, and a wide range of amenities to perfect this offering. Special thanks has to go to the exceptional customer service experience at this property, with very helpful, professional and highly dedicated staff making sure guests are catered for af every level of comfort and attention to details. The villas are spacious, with bedrooom sizes that one doesn't witness normally around a similar high end property in Dubai, with a large beautiful shaded private pool, and a very comfortable dictated cinema room with comoftorable big chairs and sofas. The villa also had a dedicated butler service, an under ground car parking space for multiple cars for each villa, and a nanny's room also for big families with kids requiring help. The true star of our villa was really how comfrorable the beds were in the rooms, we haven't experienced any bed as comfortable even at the four seasons in various locations around the globe which is usually the benchmark for bed comofrt in 5 star hotels, but again this property is at a total different level so no comparison. Maybe the only area that can use some improvement is the food catering service, with food quality that doesn't match the extraordinary level of luxury, exclusivity, and attention to details at this property. In my view, if this improve this aspect of the experience I would not hesitate to give a perfect score to this amazing property.

The staff where entering the villa without permission, also the room was supposed to be arranged ,I was surprised that they didn’t do the arrangement while they confirmed they will do it, and after i asked them to do it after we arrived they took a long time which make our stay shorter

Service staff were helpful and attentive, theatre room was a nice touch for the kids. Beds were very comfortable, we were very grateful for plenty of water provided, breakfast spread was good Overall the villa was a little tired but still well kept and clean. The shower door didn’t shut all the way so it would flood outside of the shower room every time we took a shower.

The property is absolutely perfect and very nice This kind of property should have high level of the staff who are managing let me be Franck the first day of my staying I had a visiter for me and my wife so it was more than the limit that is correct but the way the the managing director fady talk to me In front of my guests was very bad and he speaks to me on very bad ways he could talk to me smartly and politely but he didn’t he spoke to me and humiliated me In front all the guests and hotle staffs While in that day to avoid any inconvenience I took the restaurant of the hotle for my guests and spend more than 3 000 aed to solve the problems Finally I thanks Essam and other team who respect me and talked to me smartly without injuring me I also stopped the visiters to respect the hotle rule

We recently had the privilege of staying at a hotel that left an everlasting impression on us. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality by Mr. Essam & Mr. Amr at the front desk & that made us feel truly valued. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, making our stay a remarkable experience. Specially the assigned dedicated villa butler Mr. Mohamed Haddad. The attention to detail in the luxurious rooms and the impeccable amenities provided showcased the hotel's commitment to excellence. The pool area was an oasis of calm, with comfortable loungers and attentive poolside service that made unwinding an absolute delight. The chef sent us a cake for our friend who we were celebrating the stay for and it was amazing, we couldn't stop eating it. It's rare to find a hotel that excels in every aspect of service, comfort, and facilities, but this establishment effortlessly achieves that feat. They have mastered the art of hospitality, creating an environment where guests feel not only welcomed but cherished. Our time here was an unforgettable experience, and we eagerly anticipate the opportunity to return and relish in their exceptional service once again.

In master bedroom the smart lighting of the bathroom is annoying as it switches on everyte we walk by toilet . And the bathroom window glass is very annoying when we sleep
