Nothing At All, Hotel Was a disaster! Bad Smell was Everywhere in the hotel, especially near to our Room. we should have free parking for our car as usually provided by all over Hotels in Dubai, but we have surprised that we have to pay around 14$ daily for parking!!!! please think 1000 times before booking this hotel! hundreds of hotels are within the same range of price and with better facilities and of Couse free parking!

The room size and cleanliness Complimentary items. Two very cheap brand water one of them was half used. Only one soup in room of two adults, no body wash no tissue and towels. However they provided towels and tissues on request.

This was our third visit to your hotel, and we truly enjoy staying here. The property is beautiful, has a lot of character, and genuinely feels like home. We always stay in the Ambassador Suites, which we love. The hotel has amazing potential to attract more guests. If we could avoid the reception area, we would enjoy our stay even more. We stayed at your hotel for our honeymoon and truly wanted to enjoy our special trip. While we appreciate some parts of our stay, we wanted to share honest feedback so you can improve. The biggest issue was the attitude and service at the reception. Most of the staff, including the manager, were very unfriendly. There were almost no smiles, and we felt unwelcome every time we approached the desk. It seemed like many of them lack experience in customer service. We have stayed here three times and unfortunately see the same faces each time. It would make a big difference if the hotel trained the front desk team (or brought in staff with proper hotel experience) to be warmer and more professional. We also witnessed a guest arguing with the reception staff, and the manager had to call the police. This was quite uncomfortable to see during our honeymoon. (The new India receptionist guy has good experience - he did handled us well) The breakfast was very poor in both quality and variety. On the positive side, the housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping our room clean every day. The support staff were also helpful, and Mr. Jeffery was especially outstanding. We hope the management will look into the front desk service and breakfast quality. With some improvements, this could become a much better hotel. Thank you.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Special thanks to Adnan for upgrading our room to a suite, and to Jeffrey from FO, Hemant, and Theresa from the breakfast restaurant for their excellent service. Parking is chargeable

This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had despite traveling frequently around the world. From the moment I arrived, everything was stressful and poorly managed. The hotel advertises parking, but when I arrived, I was told the regular parking was full and only paid parking was available. The bigger problem was that there was absolutely no parking anywhere around the hotel area. I had to leave my expensive car far away, then take a taxi back to the hotel, and the next day another taxi with my luggage back to my car. This alone completely ruined the stay. When I checked in, there were no towels in the room. I called multiple times and waited nearly an hour after already showering, forcing me to dry myself with tissues. I also requested slippers, ice, and an iron several times, but most items never arrived at all. The internet connection was also very poor and unreliable during the stay. To make things worse, the TV in the room was not working. Maintenance came around 1 AM, replaced it with another very old TV with terrible picture quality, and even the HDMI cable was not functioning properly. The staff during both day and night shifts were unhelpful and unprofessional, and even after contacting Booking.com requesting cancellation because of all these issues, the hotel refused without even properly addressing the situation. Overall, this stay was exhausting, stressful, and far below what was advertised. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

The service is very bad. The rooms have no towels, and when you ask for them four times by phone, no one cares.

There is the receptionist Tizita she was nice and did her best to fix my problem No internet and when I complain they said no one available from IT and not possible to fix before next day which totally not acceptable Also TV was not working and no towels on the room but they send to me after I complain to reception No parking without payment this also totally not acceptable

The room size and location The room service is very bad, taking long time to get anything . We received the room without towels at all. The breakfast in the restaurant was very poor.
