This is a very reasonable priced excellent hotel in a good area with many great food options and near the Emirates Mall. Its in-between the main areas which makes it more affordable and yet easy to access transportation to the main Dubai attractions. The hotel is located midway between downtown and the marina. Beds are very firmly comfortable and plenty of room in the rooms. Excellent housekeeping staff, sinply push button for do not disturb and when you leave for the day push the button to green to request them to tidy up your room...dont forget to tip! :-) I would recommend just buying breakfast on the days you are awake for it and want it as buying it ahead of time doesn't really give you any discount as of the time I was staying. The pool (open 8am-8pm) is nice on the roof to take a refreshing dip and has a nice view of the downtown skyline as well as Burj Al Arab. There is also a workout area and spa I did not utilize, but maybe others would be interested. The gentlemen at the front counter, Sherajul and Haju were extremely nice and helpful as well as the rest of the staff on my 10 night stay. A very pleasant experience here and worth it!

The staff is extremely responsive. The room was standard and good for its value. They asked me to go down to the reception every time I ordered something from the delivery, which was weird. They didn’t allow the delivery guy in and they didn’t take it from the delivery guy and give it to me through the room service. There were no slippers, no toothpaste nor toothbrush. I needed to ask for it.

The room was located facing the highway, with view of Burj al Dubai hotel and the metro line, making the view quite scenic and easy to stand and pass the time watching outside. The bathroom didn't have a lock, and anyone could come inside while we are taking bath.

Location is good in the wintertime, about 1km from the Emirates Mall metro station. Other things are all ok except the wifi. WIFI is slow and gets disconnected especially if you work on a laptop.

Spacious junior suite. The lightings, it’s Dim especially in the bathroom. Some of the pillows are not comfortable.

Location - the best - Walkable to all places - taxi / metro - all available Bed covers - all prefect - bedroom Furniture all good. Room: Needs a update - the Mini Bar fridge wasn't working, after telling them twice then it was repaired. the door for the mini bar needs a repair as well. ***Lights in the room should be bright & not dull. ***Bathrooms not as expected - needs a lot of cleansing & fixing of new taps cause the tap came in my hand :) ***The swimming pool was under Maintenance & wasn't informed... which made our stay even more disappointing... we stayed for 4 nights 5 days- Without no swimming pool

hotel was in a good location, near to metro station. unfortunately pool was under construction :( but rest of our stay was very nice. want to specially thanks to all hotel staff. very kind people ❤️wish them all to have a really good life
