Sleep Inn & Suites Dover University Area

Pool was closed but it ended up raining anyway. Lobby & breakfast were good.

Chat with desk the day before we arrived to join my two consecutive reservations to make one/one room was sucessful. Gentleman was kind and helpful. Check in was smooth and professional. Beds were comfortable. Nice to have a sofa and coffee table ottoman. Quiet in spite of a full hotel. Great AC system in room and the drapes blocked the sun! Bathroom had a large shower with Shampoo, conditioner and lotion dispensers on the walls. Everything worked. Toilet had a stain at water level.

The breakfast is amazing the staff is amazing, especially the manager, Teresa. Clean rooms, and just all around amazing

Sleep Inn has upped its game! Clean, large rooms and very nice hot breakfast. Staff was polite and helpful. Ventilators were noisy.

Good room nice but there were alot of drug addicts around the premises didn’t feel safe.

smelled disgusting, like a muggy/moldy smell. AC unit was broken. AC unit also smelled like it's never been maintained. Bathrooms were gross.

Great place to stay!

The breakfast was above average for a hotel breakfast. The waffle machine is always solid, and it was name brand jelly, so that's a plus. The sausage was delicious. It had a small pool and a McDonalds right next door. Nothing scary or sketchy. I'd definitely stay here again.

Very good

The room was very big and conveniently located for my mom, who has mobility limitations. We found the breakfast to be quite good as well. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. You should sell the pillows! My mom wasn't able to use the bathtub, even though there were handrails. It would be helpful to have a transfer bench, which would help her get into the bathtub. It also seemed that my keycard had to be updated every day, which was a minor annoyance, but not a big deal.

Hotel was easy access to highway etc The room did not smell fresh

Clean and comfortable. Eggs and sausages along with waffles and the usual European fare: bread bagels bananas juice selections coffee bread toaster Cheerios frosted flakes fruit loops. No raisin brand. Muffins, yogurt, Danish. Some Furniture in bedroom in disrepair...the molding under the fridge was crumbled under one side of the fridge. The freezer section of the fridge was over iced and could not fit anything in the little freezer. Though it was listed as a suite, the fridge was a small under counter size not a full size fridge. No stove or cook too. Only a small microwave. Good area near Delaware University, restaurants and gas stations and fast food available, shopping center, safe area. Close to highway.

The property can use a lot of TLC. I was in one room that reeked of cigarette smoke, carpet was sticky, and the water in the bathtub and sink didn't go down. I had to get transferred to another room, and the staff at the desk was very nice and found another room for me. That toom was better in terms of cleanliness, and water being able to drain from tub and sink. In terms of the smoking smell, it was better, but, still I can tell smoking did occur in the past.

Bathroom was dirty, housekeeping wouldn’t throw away any of my trash, keycard wouldn’t work

Overall a clean room my only pet peeve was that it smelled like dogs tremendously even after spring Lysol and an air freshener and still smell of dogs of which I'm allergic to breakfast was amazing staff was amazing hotel lobby and the dining area was immaculate and although they're vending machine was currently down they still did their best to provide things that you may need such as toothpaste soap and other little toiletries such as Band-Aids ABC XYZ and provided waters and sodas again was definitely not happy about the smell of dog especially when I don't own any and I'm allergic to them but all in all it was a great stay and I've stayed quite a few days this last past week and will stay again.
