The room was great and clean the bed just wasn’t firm enough for me and it low key reminded me of a military barracks

Hotel needs major updating. 3rd Floor---hallway feels like you might fall through---not sure if the hallway was flooded and the wood is rotting below, but feels very unstable as you walk over, very concerning. You can literally see the unevenness in the floor. Needs a prompt and thorough inspection. Found one small roach in the room on our last day. Walls are thin, can hear the neighboring room. Elevator is a little slow. Gym was out of water, seems dated as well. Front desk staff was very pleasant upon check-in. Plenty of parking and located in a good area.

The room was physically clean and smelled clean. The mattress was alittle too firm but comfortable. The breakfast was good.

We stayed here a few times due to my son’s baseball tournament. This hotel has went downhill since last time. The fixtures in the bathroom were rusted due to the moisture and the fan not working. There was a bloody stain on the curtains in the bedroom and the air conditioner would not cool the room so we had to by a floor fan for the room. We were highly disappointed in our stay this time

This was a wonderful stay. The property was well cared for and even though they were very busy, they took the time to give out helpful information. I especially appreciated that I requested a room on a floor with an ice machine and was granted one. I would like to recognize by name, Kim G and Brandi, for the was they maintained professional with a smile. One more young lady was instrumental in making my stay comfortable. Her name escapes me for the moment, but she knows who she is. This will be my goto spot when I visit Dothan, Al.
