We needed a mobility accessible room with 2 beds. Our room was spacious and comfortable, came with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch. Bathroom had bars on the walls everywhere and was generously spacious. The one downside is the tub. You will have to use an attachable tub bench…, however, water gets everywhere on the floor as there is no way to close the curtain and avoid this. It is better than nothing. I just made sure to ring all the water from the floor using a towel.

I attempted to call the hotel several times prior to our stay and was placed on lengthy holds at a call center each time before being disconnected or hung up on each time. I finally gave up. For this reason alone, I would not stay at this property or brand again. I should be able to get a hold of the property I am staying at to ask questions.
