Doral Suites

We liked room, I will visit again in the near future.

Love this location and all the staff.

The room was clean and had enough space to accommodate all 7 in our party. Breakfast was ok. The one night we stayed served the purpose we needed it for and was less expensive than 2 separate hotel rooms. The staff was nice. The room was very very hot when we checked in. It took all night to cool down. There is constant noise from planes, felt like we were on the runway. The facility was a little difficult to get to, navigation apps seem confused about how to access the property.

Great location for the port! My kids loved watching the planes take off. The 2 bedroom suit was perfect for my family of 7. Could use an upgrade, the pullout mattress needs to be replaced badly! Stained with juice or something and there is a lack of pillows for everyone.

The rooms were really good in size. It surprised me. Everything was clean. We had a gas station and 2 fast food really close Location it's a little confusing but has gas stations and fast food really close from hotel

I like the fact that the area is convenient to shopping The first front desk clerk had a horrible attitude. You have to pay $5 for each item shipped

Breakfast was decent. Sound proof. Airplanes do not let you rest.

It was close the the airport. Everything but location. Staff was rude and full of attitude. Room was gross and dirty. Smelt like mildew. Had dead bugs in the bathroom and mold around the sink. Carpet even had drops of blood on it.

No blanket, nothing

Nothing There was a lizard in the closet, had no wash rags. No hot water. The pull out couch mattress had holes in it. The pillow was lumpy. One of the beds was broken.

Nothing really Hot tub broken, room lackluster, the silverware drawer consisted of a few spoons and butter knives. They refuse to give you more than 2 towels even though we had three people staying. Refused to give extra pillows. Directly under flight path for airport, every 2 minutes another extremely loud plane flying in. Train horn goes off around 4am. Just awful

Nothing horrible dirty no ac and lots of bugs Ax wasn’t working maintenance never came back to fix it rooms are filthy bugs everywhere

The bed Cockroaches and poor customer service

but there was some broken things like the closet and 2 of the lamp lights were out but other than that it was really good

Location was good. Very central. Price was average.
