Run down hotel. Should be listed as 2 star not 3. Don’t stay here.

The staff was very helpful and nice. Overall hotel was clean but had a smell. The room was clean and presentable. The breakfast was not the best. Not many offerings and food was not done

Nice happy hour. Loved having access to drinks and snacks for free around the clock in the dining room.

The shower was so clean I thought it was brand new! Free laundry! Happy hour! We had a total of 15 people with us. 5 children 10 adults. None of us had any complaints. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Limited parking on site but can park across the street.

It's an okay hotel downtown without being directly in the middle of everything. We got a suite here to fit our whole family, which we appreciated the convenience of. We also chose there because of the pool, which was closed while we were there. The rooms could use a little work. The bathroom had several tiles and the bathtub chips that they just filled with silicone. The doors have swollen from moisture and you can see them coming apart at the bottom and top. Not the most comfortable beds or pillows. Heard sirens going all night. I would probably choose somewhere else to stay the next time I am up there.

I made reservations for this stay, and our room was ready at check-in time. My family waited for 1.5 hours. The staff was not helpful and RUDE. The pool was closed as well.

The area was okay, it was a short walk to get to shopping and restaurants, which was nice.

Very upset with this hotel, would never stay again. 1st, struggled getting to the hotel parking, a ton of homeless hanging around outside the building. The front desk person decided to check in us and another person at the same time for some reason, and he seemed annoyed when I asked why we there was a pending charge for 1117 for our stay instead of 954 and did a poor job of explaining it, he was very short with me. Had no idea there was a deposit added onto our room, if we were going to be spending that much we would’ve stayed at the Sheraton. Added onto that they didn’t fully charge us for the hotel till 2 days after the trip!! So I had no idea what to budget from my account. Front desk didn’t tell us anything about breakfast time, where the pool is, etc. had to keep asking them about that stuff. Walked into our room and our light wasn’t working, and we had rust stains in the tub. The parking in a tiny lot in front of the hotel or a giant open lot across the street that is pretty sketchy looking. Also getting charged ridiculous amount everyday for parking on top of 40 a day deposit. Breakfast was okay, a couple warm foods like powder eggs, bacon/sausage and potatoes/biscuits and gravy. It tasted weird and definitely frozen. About the only good things was the housekeeping staff and the pool which isn’t much. I’m not someone who writes bad reviews, in fact in my entire life I’ve never written a bad review but this place was so bad and I’m so upset that I had to to write one.

What I loved: I reserved a 2-night stay. I got altitude sickness the first night there and I had to return home. The gal at the front desk when I checked out was so understanding and gave me a full refund for the 2nd day.

Buena ubicación, limpio, desayuno completo, hotel seguro, a pasos de downtown. Volvería a quedarme.

The staff was amazing. And I loved that they had a 24 hour pool/hot tub. Also, the rooms were extremely nice.

Lovely staff who are always willing to help. Breakfast was great each morning, as were the social hours each Monday-Wednesday and soda/juice/tea/coffee being available 24/7. Would stay here again, or at another Staybridge Suites if travelling.

Parking is extra yes available but make for extra charge

So I try different hotels. I don’t think this will get another visit from me. Should’ve just stuck with embassy or Hilton locations. And pool area chorine balance is way off just walking in the scent hurts your lungs.
-
Shower The WORST room design I have ever experienced . It was like intentionally designed to piss you off. And TERRIBLE lighting. Should get a refund!!!! YUCK!!!

Reservation was double booked. So I didn't get the larger room I reserved. Breakfast was bland. Room was nice but small for 4 people. AC was blasting had to fix on our own. Room locked itself and locked us out. Maintenance was fast and took care of the issue. Water pressure and temp was horrible. Last straw left a day earlier.

I had an absolutely amazing stay. The staff were fantastic and helpful throughout the stay. From check in to check out. The place was clean. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet!!! I slept great! The breakfast was good with many different choices. Eggs, sausage, Cajun potatoes, fresh fruit, chopped or whole. Scones, waffle machine, oatmeal with your choice of different toppings, yogurt, coffee, tea, juice, etc... The coffee was actually pretty decent. Very nice seating area as well to have your breakfast. They have a happy hour in the evening, Monday to Wednesday with free finger food and beer and wine. There is a pool and hot tub in the basement as well as laundry facilities. The hotel is 6 minutes by Uber from Union Station. The Denver Mint is right across the street from the hotel. If you want to tour the Mint, just make sure you reserve a free ticket months in advance. I found out too late and I was not able to get in. I did a tour of their Capitol Building which is literally an 11 min walk from the hotel. Beautiful building with lots of history. If I ever return to Denver, I will stay at this hotel again. It had everything I needed and more. The staff really do care about the quality of your stay, and it shows.
