Nice and efficient.

The hotel was clean, but I didn’t like paying for parking, the breakfast didn’t start until after I had to leave for the airport, and the shuttle to the airport didn’t run at a time I needed it. For an airport stay, it was fine, but not that great.

Clean room and the staff at the front desk were excellent.

We got in late and the staff got us in our room and situated asap. We had a minor issue in the room and the staff took care of it immediately. Would definitely stay here again.

I didn’t use any amenities so I can’t speak to that. Hotel was clean & quiet and very convenient. A few different restaurants within walking distance. The proximity to the airport and the free airport shuttle were a needed bonus. I’d stay again.

The people above us thought it was a good idea to let their children run up and down the room and jump on the beds for an hour at 9:30 pm. There are 4 hotels on this block and this is the only property that makes you pay to park.

Just used the hotel to stay overnight for an early morning flight out of Denver. Everything went smoothly, including morning shuttle to the airport.

The hotel itself was nice and clean, but I think it's absolutely ridiculous that you're paying to sleep in the hotel and the hotel is only reachable by driving there and then you have to pay to park your car at the hotel while you're paying to sleep there I understand if you leave your car there while you go somewhere else on a trip but for the night that you're paying to sleep there you should not have to pay to park your car because you have to drive there

No microwave and coffee maker in the room. We had to get up at 3am for our flight and when used hot water to get tea in the lobby it was cold water. Told the staff and she started working on refilling the whole thing and didnt offer us one cup of hot water. We had to leave as it was time. Other people would have enjoyed hot water after we mentioned it was cold.

The man at the front desk was so helpful and polite. Explaining the shuttle pickup location. Offering the bagged breakfast, which was a lifesaver since we were leaving before the free breakfast was happening. Really nothing that we didn't like - except that the shuttle coming back to the hotel (we dropped rental car off early) was completely full and there was a bunch of people waiting for the next one, so we took an uber back to the hotel. That's not really about the hotel, but the shuttle service - and not sure it can be avoided. Was just really busy and we didn't want to wait for the next one, or possibly the one after that.

Bed was comfy! Staff was helpful! Expedia said the property had a pool and it didn’t and breakfast was extremely underwhelming. Also, you have to pay for parking DURING your paid stay.

they charge for parking and paying for it is a hassle, it seems the staff was more interested in parking fees then helping with the check in, nickel and diming tactics
