The check in staff was very friendly and gave good recommendations of good places to eat nearby. Will definitely stay again

Be careful with the water. It had dirt come out of it when we went to use it so we ended up having to drink the seven dollar bottle of water in the hotel and also decided not to take a shower. We were unaware of the $250 deposit and $50 parking, we were told we could park somewhere else but we would probably get broken into so we were forced to do valet parking. I tried to speak with customer service through Expidia, but they were just rude and dismissed my concerns.

Had a leak in our room, staff quickly moved us into a new room.

Clean property and close to 16th st mall

As for issues, I requested a 4a wakeup which was NEVER received. The young lady at the front desk also had a chip on her shoulders. Mr Twi was very helpful at the desk. The property was very clean. Food at your restaurant was tasty. Breakfast was filling, but way overpriced. Should I return to Denver, I would strongly consider staying there providing that your rates drop significantly.

Air conditioning really struggled to keep up. The room was uncomfortably hot.

No pool due to maintenance. No working ice machines. Chipped water glass. Lightbulb out on bedside lamp.

The valet parking was easy and convenient. Great choice if you want class.

Highly recommend and the smell in the Lobby is unforgettable

Great location by the 16th Street pavilion and the free bus. Was able to take the train from the airport to Union Station and take the free bus to a block from the hotel. Nice bar and great staff.

The hotel was in a great location for my plans in downtown Denver. The room was well equipped. I enjoyed my stay there.

I booked this hotel for the roof top pool. I did not find out until after the booking that the pool was closed until July for maintenance (it was June). Other than that, the staff was friendly, the room was clean, and we received free breakfast vouchers for the duration of our stay for the pool inconvenience.

Stayed here for a conference and it was convenient for that. Dining options are limited unless you want to walk or catch public transport. Snack bar in the lobby seemed well stocked but I didn’t use this during my stay. Staff are friendly and both checking in and out were quick and easy. This was particularly welcome after arriving from a lengthy flight. My flight home was late afternoon, but the latest checkout time offered without an additional charge was 12pm which resulted in waiting for a couple hours in the lobby for my shuttle. Thankfully there is comfy seating there along with TVs.
