Check in staff not friendly, convient to food, gas and airport. Parking fee regardless if you were staying overnight or long term $8/day. Some Outlets quit working halfway through the night.

When I told staff they said they are short staffed

The rooms were very clean and the staff was super friendly.

Great location

Staff from start to finish was phenomenal.

Room was good, bed was comfortable. Checkin could have been better. Disappointment came at breakfast. The reviews led one to believe it was good. Only thing in cooler was butter - not the usual yogurts. Had to ask for milk container refill. This was in the middle of the breakfast timeframe when one would believe staff was keeping an eye on the food. Only thing in warmer appeared to be tamales. Was a breakfast setup one would see at a Super 8 that had tamales. Not very impressed and there are lots of hotel choices in the area. Will not be staying here again. Stay in lots of hotels across the nation and this one did not live up to the ratings in my opinion, sadly.

The breakfast was terrible. They served the same thing every day, and the worst part was that it was always egg burritos. They should have a more varied menu with eggs, sausages, bacon, ham. But serving burritos every day — and frozen ones — is the worst option they could offer. This is my second time staying at this hotel, and the first time the breakfast was very diverse. I won’t stay there again.

Ice machine didnt work, long check in process, and would not let me cancel one reservation for another. They also charge for parking.....Will not be back!

Affordable find

Unfortunately, the room we got was absolutely disgusting. Mildew, musty, dank, smelled of old smoke and poor choices. AC wouldn’t stay on, had a bright strobing blue light (covered with a towel), and would have been expected at a dirt cheap motel. Just an overall negative experience.

It was good but the only thing is that they for parking I

The breakfast options felt limited, with sugar-filled cereal, yogurt, waffles, and toast, which might leave health-conscious guests disappointed. Offering healthier choices could make future visitors feel more considered and satisfied. The rooms were immaculate! Your cleaning staff knows what they are doing. The amenities were adequate, but the in-room coffee service was disappointing due to poor coffee quality. However, I appreciated having tea available, which added a nice touch. Sheets and towels were fine, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. I would stay here again and be happy. One more note, while I was there, a fire alarm went off. It would have been nice to have the sleep interruption and inconvenience acknowledged, even though I know it was not their fault. No one from the staff spoke to us about what was going on at any time.

Musty smell throughout hotel. Room smell was pretty gross. Rooms need upgrades. No place to hang bath towels. Only stayed one night, but will book elsewhere next time I’m in town.

We stay here each time we fly out of Denver. The location is easy to get to. I booked a suite and they no longer have a sofa bed in the suite. I requested a roll away and they said they works bring it to our room, but they didn’t, they just left it at the front desk. Called to let them know the TV didn’t work and they accused us of doing something to it.
