The room was dirty, the towels were old and yellow, and the bathroom had no bathtub; it was stained and had mold on the walls.

There were people out back in cars smoking dope, there was a group of guys that had car tore apart and rebuilding in the parking lot. Lot was dark and dirty. There was guys sitting on entrance steps watching you go in. When checking in The couple in front of us looking like renting by the hour. The elevator smelled like a weed factory. Then got to 4th floor and elevator slipped and sounded like we would fall any second. The room numbers were wrote on wall with sharpie. Bug shells in mattress, shower faucet didnt work so we got scolded. Absolutely horrible experience. Didnt stay second night and expedia wouldn’t refund our money for leave.

The pool area was nice. The hot tub was broken however. It could be a nice hotel, but it's very poorly maintained. The the breakfast was good and the ladies that prepared it were very nice.

There was a really loud noise every 15 minutes or so that we kept hearing in between the two rooms I had. Otherwise it was okay
-
It was a nice spot for our 1 night
-
The air conditioner broke in our room, and maintenance took over two hours to get to us.To the point that we had to switch rooms. They should have maintenance or somebody be closer than two hours away. Put the girl at the front desk was very helpful. After we waited and waited and waited, she finally got us a room so we could sleep

Entire place smelled of smoke (lobby, halls, room, sheets), the front desk staff was smoking right outside the lobby doors, hotel numbers were written on the walls, loud music playing from other rooms all night, did not feel safe at all with questionable people/activities going on. Expressed concerns with hotel and Expedia. Checked out after first night. They refused to give a refund. Would not stay again.

Room was clean but the pool area was not.

Clean room excellent air conditioner nice pool

The lobby was nice. There was clearly maintenance to be done or in work on the bathroom and tub of the room. The tub spout tile was damaged and overall needed work. The rooms were missing the number labels and the numbers were written in sharpie on the wall which was just odd and off putting.

The TV was broke and half dim, you charged $10 for breakfast, the shower had no water pressure, paint was peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom, the bathroom door wouldn’t close. Additionally the carpet was dirty. Doors were peeling fire protection. Device is hanging from the ceiling. Smoke detector is missing. Just an overall dirty motel. See above

It is good.

They didn’t have their Apple Maps listings updated, so when I went to find the hotel from my Maps app, the only Plaza Hotel listing on there showed “Permanently Closed”. When I tried to call the phone number from the listing, I was given a recording that said “the phone number has been disconnected”. I quickly found another place to stay. A few days later, I found a different phone number from the hotels.com listing and called it. Sure enough, they do exist. I asked for a refund because of the lack of listing clarity that caused me to have to find another place. The lady on the phone, who said she was the manager, refused to offer any help. She was rude and eventually hung up on me.

The front desk attendant the first night fairly kind about the stay, the next day the younger attendant was quick to be dismissive. The location is convenient distance wise from the concert venue The place was absolutely filthy, homeless are able to linger in the hallway, the pool is poorly maintained just as much as the room service. I can't comfortably consider walking on the hotel room floor barefoot. Motel 8 is a better option if you need cheap.

I liked everything there wasn't anything that I disliked they were very good to me like always The only thing I dislike is not being able to smoke besides that everything's good

Pleasant

Parking was not an issue. Area not so great. Room was clean. AC was good. Room clean. Ice machine did not work on 2nd floor.

Location was close to the things we were doing in Denver. Overall building looked run down. Hoping it is just a large building and they are taking steps of renovating as the lobby looked nice, but once you went down the hall the floors wood panels were taped down in spots and some room number signs were just written on the walls.

Good room for price. Was clean and accommodating
