If you want only the bare basics, this will work. But don’t let the photos fool you…it is very small. NO COFFEE IN ROOM. PThe room and bed are very small. Good location. Pay parking garage next door. Staff was not overly friendly. Upon check in my room smelled like swamp and had to ask for a room change. Pay for breakfast- I did not try.

The staff was very good. The complimentary coffee was good and the outdoor seating was pleasant.

The staff was great. The place could use a really good cleaning. My room was ok it’s just “tired” and could use a deep clean. I booked a Mountain View but got the garbage alley instead. I would not pay more for the room than the deal I got.

Location! There is not a reception area. You check in at the bar, and if they are busy the wait is a little frustrating.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our mother/daughter trip. However, our deadbolt didn't work and after asking 3 times for it to be fixed, no one ever did. I told this at checkout and was told I would receive points for my inconvenience which I also didn't receive. We also didn't receive housekeeping and the ice machine didn't work on our floor. The price doesn't reflect the quality.

We have stayed at this hotel before and pretty much all was great both times, except we had a lot of issues with the tv, remote, sound, etc. It was too late to try and have someone come try and fix it
