The staff was amazing and friendly. The room, for the price, was not up to standards. The bed was very uncomfortable, but to each their own.

Great stay at nice plate with great restaurant! Would stay there again

Hotel was walkable to Coors Field and was convenient to other parts of Denver. Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful and valet parking worked well.

Staff was amazing

Restaurant was very good

The room that I stayed in (912) the bathroom was a complete disaster. The bathtub fixtures were in complete disrepair with minimal water pressure coming out of the hand held shower or the fixed shower head. Needless to say it was reminiscent of my previous stays in Egypt and Morocco where you expect such facilities; but in downtown Denver Colorado, at a Hilton branded hotel purely disappointed.

Staff was pretty good. Recommend having more staff available for checking in and out guests.
-
Great location for the baseball game we were there for. Short drive to red rocks and other scenic sites.

Manager runs a tight ship and has a great Team. We were there for 6 nights and had about 10 rooms - they took great care of us!!!!!
-
Great restaurant on the property, and others close by. Walking distance from Coors Field

The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful. The location is great if you are going to a Rockies game while you are there. The barn door on the bathroom is a unique choice and ours didn’t work correctly, but that was the only issue.

For how much the hotel cost the rooms were NOT well maintained. The hotel also did not keep track well of the state of the rooms. When we initially checked into our room we noticed that the first room they gave us had a fully deconstructed toilet with the seat literally resting on the bathroom countertop. We then went and told the front desk and showed pictures where they and told us they would change it. The front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. Then when we got our second room the inside of the bathroom door handle was detached and hanging by a single screw. At this point since it was our second room we just accepted it since it did not hinder us in any way, but the fact that both room we got were falling apart was crazy for the standard Hilton likes to hold itself to.
-
Although we enjoyed and utilized the hotel amenities; the one thing we didn’t care for was the parking arrangement. The cost for valet service was expensive and we didn’t expect to have to find an alternative that was cheaper. Although this was the case, it didn’t ruin our overall experience!

Very convenient for our trip to the Rockies game. The staff was helpful and friendly. They were able to put our two rooms next to each other with our kids.
